This User Guide is intended to provide you with guidelines to ensure that operation of this product is safe and does not pose risk to the user. Any operation which is not conform to the guidelines described in User Guide may void the limited warranty.
The product is guaranteed for one year. Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions.

Feeding Advice
PRUPET automatic pet feeder is designed for providing targeted pet food distribution programs for your dog or cat, allowing you greater control over feeding times and food consumption for your petʼs dietary needs and overall health and wellbeing.
We strongly recommend you check your dry food packaging for the ‘Daily Feeding Guide’ giving information on the quantity that is needed to maintain your pet’s health. Avoiding your pets overfed which is both expensive and detrimental to your pet’s health.

* Observe your dog’s stool. If the stool is soft, reduce the feeding amount; If the stool is too hard or granular, increase the feeding amount.
* If your dog is underage, we recommend adjusting the feeding amount every 10-15 days.
Note:
- All recommended feeding values are recommendations of professional veterinarians, please consider the actual situation of your pet. It is not advisable to suddenly increase or decrease a lot of food.
- Each increase or decrease of the amount of feeding does not exceed 1/10 of the original amount of feeding.

Controlling Via APP
- System Requirements
• iPhone on iOS 9.0 or later; smartphone on Android 4.4 or later
• Wireless router 2.4GHz [802.11b/g/n]
• High-speed internet connection - Please check before connecting
• Please use indoor only to avoid direct exposure to the sunlight
• Please connect the Feeder via 2.4GHz only. If your WIFI is 5GHz only, set it to be compatible with 2.4GHz mode.
• The WIFI password is composed of no more than 12 digits and letters. No special symbols are supported (Such as ʻ!ʼ, ʻ@ʼ, ʻ$ʼ, ʻ*ʼ, ʻ^ʼ, ʻ&ʼ, ʻ%ʼ, and so on).
• Turn on the Bluetooth function for your Phone. (IOS devices need to open the APP Bluetooth permission in the phone settings and perform Bluetooth pairing.)
• Turn on the location access for your Phone (Only needed for the first connection).
• Please keep the feeder close to the router. The distance in a range of 6 meters without wall barriers is recommended.
• If the configuration fails, please power off and restart the feeder [press and hold the Reset button for 10s], then wait for about 2 mins to re-configuration. - How the System Works
The WIFI Automatic Feeder connects to your home’s wireless router and allows you to program and monitor your pet’s meals from anywhere, right from your smartphone with the TuyaSmart APP. Use the APP to schedule your pet’s meal times and portion sizes, view the last 7 days of feeder activity, and even dispense a meal remotely. Smartphone alerts let you know when your pet has been fed for added peace of mind. Delivering a convenient lifestyle to you and helping your pets become their best, the WIFI Automatic Feeder keeps you connected to your pet’s feeding routine wherever you are! - Download the APP & Log In
Scan the QR code or search for “TuyaSmart” on APP Store or Google Play to download the app. Sign up or Log in to your account
Connect Your Feeder with APP
A. Configuring via Bluetooth Mode
- Download “Tuya Smart” APP and Register an account, log in.
- Select automatic scanning, check the access location and Wi-Fi connection, and open Bluetooth. The page conditions appear in gray with a √, then scan.
- Make sure the device is ready for network connection and allow TuyaSmart to activate your bluetooth.

- After entering the interface, wait for the device to be discovered automatically. After the device appears, click “Go to add”.
- Add the device by clicking “+”.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password (the name cannot contain Chinese, and the password cannot contain special symbols).

- Waiting for the pet feeder to connect to the network.
- Added successfully. The device name can be customi-zed, click “Done”.
- Main screen. Select the number of copies as needed. Click “Feed” to feed your pet immediately.

- Click “Meal Plan” on the main screen to add regular feeding.
- You can set the time and number of servings according to the pet’s eating pattern. It can be set from Monday to Sunday. After the setting is completed, click “Save”.
- To share the device: Click the icon in the top right corner of the maininterface to enter the settings option.

- Enter the settings menu option, click ” Share Device”.
- Click “Add Sharing” and enter the other person’s APP account to share the device with multiple people.

Note:
Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned off on your mobile before starting the AP mode connection
When the green LED indicator flashes, press and hold the Set button for 6s until 3 beeps are heard. The LED indicator will turn to blink slowly.
Now the feeder is under AP mode.
Open the APP on your mobile, tap Add Device -> Smart Feeder, tap the icon at the top right corner and select Configure WIFI via AP mode.
Enter your WIFI name and password and go to the WIFI connection interface on your mobile, find the device “smartlife-xxx” and tap to connect. Return to the app and wait for connecting.
Note:
Device name: WIFI Feeder
Connect the Feeder via 2.4GHz only, if your WIFI is 5GHz, please set it to 2.4GHz before the connection.
If it still fails connecting, please contact our Support Team.
Reset Feeder on APP
Enter setting on control center, select factory reset.
3 beeps will be heard, wait for about 1 minute until the green light starts to flash slowly and your device is ready for re-connection
How To Use
Warning: Please use the original 5V power supply.
- Assembling Food Tray

• Place the feeder in a desired location. Check the food tank is in place.
• Align the bulging of the food tray and holes in the base, and push upward to connect the two.
Note: Before moving the feeder, please empty the tray, press it down to remove from the base. Hold the base instead of any other parts when lifting the feeder. - Open and close the cover of food storage tank

• The cover of the food tank adopts a side buckle design. Push the buckle inward with both hands at the same time to open the cover; after filling the food, press the cover gently to ensure that the cover is closed.
- Connecting Power
• Insert the 5V power adapter into a wall socket. Plug in the power socket of the feeder.
• Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit, and install 3 alkaline D batteries (not included) in case of outage.
• The LED indicator will light up automatically indicating the feeder is on now.
Note:
1. Battery NOT included.
2. Before connecting to power, make sure all parts are clean and completely dry. - Placing Desiccant bag

• Open the cover, place the desiccant bag (1 included) into the desiccant carrier underneath.
Note:
1. Itʼs recommended to use a desiccant bag and change them frequently in case of mold.
2. Please remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the cover - Filling Food Tank

• Fill food tank with dry pet food.
Note:
1. Do NOT use canned, wet or moist pet food.
2. Recommend kibble size ranging from 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter. - Recording a Meal Call
• Press and hold the Record button, start recording after a beep is heard.
• Record your voice for less than 10s. Release the button, 2 beeps will be heard indicating it’s saved.
Note:
When feeding time is up, the recording will be played when food is dispensing. - Manually Feeding Your Pet
Press the Feed button and one portion [2 1/2 tsp / 12.5ml] will be fed each time.
Note:
The normal schedule and portion will not be affected.
Cleaning & Care
Itʼs recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pet.
The washable parts of the auto feeder are as follows: food tank, food tray, and cover (without desiccant bag); they can be submerged in water. Clean by hand-washing using cool or warm soapy water.
-Dissembling the food tank
If you have food inside the tank or chute, press Feed button for a few times to empty first.
Press the food tank buckles with your thumbs, push the tankupward to disassemble.
-Dissembling the food tray
Empty the tray, press it down to remove from the base. Rinse and let all parts air dry completely before assembling.
Note: Be careful not to hurt your fingers when disassembling the food tank by great strength.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty for this appliance. Please email our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions, and attach your order ID in your email. Weʼll get back to you as quickly as possible.
The warranty is limited to any defect arising due to faulty materials or manufacture. Any defective item will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the manufacturerʼs discretion, provided that the defect has not been caused by neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Troubleshooting

| The food won’t come out | 1) Please be sure to fill in with dry food; kibble size should range from 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter. 2) Check whether any foreign objects are placed – disassemble the food tank and check the chute. Also, check the food outlet. Check whether itʼs low battery level – whether the power adapter is connected or there is any outage when no battery is installed. |
| I can’t hear any voice recordings when feeding | Make sure youʼve recorded successfully – unlock the screen, press the Record button to check. If no sound is heard, you may need to record again and be sure to save the following instructions in the Recording a Meal Call section. |

Safety Precautions
! WARNING
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in polybags; these bags could cause suffocation; keep away from children and pets.
- Do NOT allow small children to play with, in or around the pet feeder.
- To reduce the risk of injury, please keep close supervision when an appliance is used near children.
- Do NOT use the feeder with pets not able to reach the food trayor with any physical disability.
- Do NOT immerse the base part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components like the control panel.
- Do NOT place any foreign object in the pet feeder.
- Do NOT use outdoors. Check operation frequently to be sure the unit is dispensing properly.
- Do NOT use wet, canned or moist food.
- Do NOT disassemble the unit other than as instructed in this User Guide.
- Do NOT use the feeder for anything other than its intended use.
- Do not operate any appliance if the unit is malfunctioning or has been damaged. Do not attempt repairs on the pet feeder yourself. Contact our customer service mmediately for further instructions.
- Always unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not unplug by pulling on power cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the power cord
- If the plug of this device gets wet, turn out electricity to that wall outlet. Do not attempt to unplug.
- Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cord or plug.
- To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
CAUTION
- Do NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the power cord, purchase a cord conduit (a hard plastic protector) at any hardware store to protect the power cord.
- If an extension cord is necessary, one unit with a proper rating should be used.
- Do NOT install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 4°C / 39°F.
- Use alkaline D batteries to power. Do NOT use rechargeable batteries.
- Check the batteries regularly. Before leaving for extended time, always replace batteries with new ones.
- Do NOT lift the pet feeder by lid, food tank, or food tray. Lift and carry it using both hands and the base, while keeping the unit in an upright position.
- Suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 210mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
- Read and observe all important notices listed on the pet feeder and in the packaging.
