Fleet Management Dashboard
Product Information
The product is called X-Rite Link, a fleet management dashboard
provided by X-Rite Pantone. It offers centralized fleet management
and color insights. Users can access X-Rite Link through the
website link.xrite.com using their existing My X-Rite login
credentials.
Admins Quick Start Guide
- A system administrator will grant you access to X-Rite
Link. - You will receive a welcome email from [email protected].
- Login using your existing My X-Rite login credentials or with
the temporary password provided in the welcome email.
Devices – Fleet View
The fleet view provides a clear visibility of the instrument
fleet with at-a-glance location and status tracking. Users can
export a .csv file of the current device view and turn map view
on/off. The devices can be sorted by Location, Device Type, and
Device Status. Clicking a pin on the map allows sorting devices by
geographic location.
Device Card
The device card provides customizable device name, location,
basic device information, customizable notes, status indicators,
warranty/service care plan certification, and NetProfiler.
Device Details – Overview
This section provides a detailed overview of the device to keep
users informed. It includes customizable device name, general
device information, editable location, quick indicators,
customizable notes, warranty and service care plan end dates, and
the ability to request service with form pre-fill. It also displays
the most recent and recommended certification dates.
Device Details – NetProfiler
In this section, users can monitor the performance of the device
using NetProfiler. It provides NetProfiler status and profile
expiration, certificate of performance export, profiled vs.
unprofiled dE* per tile from the most recent NetProfile, and
profiled vs. unprofiled average dE* over time.
NetProfiler Statistics – Fleet Level
This section allows fleet-level NetProfiler tracking to monitor
compliance and inter-instrument agreement. It shows profiled and
unprofiled devices, inter-instrument agreement impact,
inter-instrument agreement histogram, and provides device-level
tracking with 1-click certificate download.
Service – Records and Statistics
Users can view active service cases in real-time and track past
cases. It is possible to export a .csv file of service records,
filter and sort them. Clicking the RMA number provides service
details. The section also includes service statistics for tracking
the number of service cases and diagnosis reasons.
Adding New Locations
The product allows users to assign devices and users to
locations for easy sorting and permission setting. To create a new
top-level location, users can add a street address to see the
location on the interactive map.
