Product Information: Air Deflectors Oltre Pro and Oltre RC
The Air Deflectors technology is equipped with the Oltre Pro and
Oltre RC products, except for the Oltre frame. Air Deflectors are
applied to the head tube of the frame using two M3x10 mm screws.
The Air Deflectors system is not approved by the International
Cycling Union (UCI) for professional use. To participate in UCI
regulated competitive cycling races and/or events, the Air
Deflectors must be removed. The customer assumes all liability and
consequences that may arise from participating in a UCI-regulated
competitive event without having removed the Air Deflectors,
including disqualification from the competition in question.
Removal Instructions for Air Deflectors
To remove the Air Deflectors, unscrew the four M3x10 mm fixing
screws using a Torx T10 screwdriver. The frame is supplied with
rubber caps for closing the threaded holes, which should be applied
by pressure. Use only the screws supplied with the product. The use
of screws that are different and longer than 10 mm may block the
rotation of the steering, with the risk of serious falls and
accidents.

Handlebar
The handlebar stem is secured to the fork using two screws of
different lengths and a tapered nut; the upper screw is 5×30 mm,
and the lower screw is 5×34 mm. Respect the order in which the
screws are inserted and insert the nut as shown in image 3a and 3b
and not upside down as shown in image 4.

The handlebar kit that comes with the Bianchi Oltre frame
consists of a stem and handlebar bend specially designed for this
frame, the components are Velomann branded. When assembled, the
cables will enter the handlebar bend near the levers and exit under
the handlebar stem and enter the frame through the shims and
headset. The height adjustment of this type of handlebar stem can
originally be carried out by your specialist dealer. Always consult
your specialist retailer for stem adjustment and to fully
understand the mechanisms and methods of adjustment.

AIR DEFLECTORS OLTRE PRO AND OLTRE RC
The Oltre Pro and Oltre RC products (excluding the Oltre frame) are equipped with Air Deflectors technology. The Air Deflectors system is applied to the head tube of the frame (left and right side) by means of two screws of size M3x10 mm (see pictures 1a and 1b).
WARNING! The Air Deflectors system is NOT approved by the UCI (International Cycling Union) for professional use.
Following the above, the customer declares and acknowledges that in order to participate in UCI regulated competitive cycling races and/or events, the Air Deflectors must be removed by following the instructions below.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR AIR DEFLECTORS

OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC INTEGRATED HANDLEBAR
The integrated handlebar is a specific component of the Bianchi Oltre RC and Oltre PRO frame (excluding the Oltre frame). It should be noted that failure to comply with the warnings and prescriptions contained in this package insert exempts the manufacturer from any liability. Any necessary assembly, maintenance or disassembly of the handlebar must be carried out ONLY by your specialist dealer. NEVER perform any work on the handlebar. Such work requires specific technical knowledge, special tools and well defined expertise and may be carried out ONLY by your specialist dealer. Adjusting the handlebar height to suit your needs requires experience, suitable tools and manual dexterity. You should therefore leave all adjustment work to your specialist dealer.

Never use the product if assembly work is incomplete or incorrectly carried out. Doing so endangers yourself and other traffic. WARNING! Turn the handlebar to the left and right, do not use the bike if you notice abnormal steering behaviour (play in the steering or uneven resistance) or if cracks and crazing are evident. In the event of an accidental fall or accident, the handlebar will almost certainly be involved. It will be subjected to heavy stress and impacts. The presence of deep scratches and cracks indicates that parts must be replaced. WARNING! If the handlebar is damaged, use of the Bianchi Oltre Pro and Oltre Rc bicycle must be stopped immediately. Only return to use your Bianchi Oltre Pro and Oltre RC after your specialist dealer has thoroughly inspected it and, if necessary, replaced the handlebar if damaged. The Oltre Pro and Oltre RC handlebars are supplied with the cycle computer mount, cycle computer insert/hook and adapter/base for Garmin and Wahoo. Follow the instruction diagram and pictures below. 1) Insert the holder in the front and centre of the handlebar 2) Insert the connecting and locking insert in the rear and centre of the handlebar 3) Insert the two supplied screws and tighten them until the holder is completely stable.

OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC THRU-AXLE PASSING PINS
WARNING! Please be very careful and observe the following warnings.
Failure to comply with the following warnings and the prescriptions contained in this package insert exempts the manufacturer from any liability. The supplied thru-axle pins, as opposed to `quick release’ locks, are screwed directly onto the frame and fork dropouts, via an M12 thread. Observe the tightening torques indicated on the pins. In the Oltre, Oltre Pro and Oltre RC frames, the female threads housed in the frame and fork are of the blind type: it follows that the thru-axle pin with male thread has a specific length in order to be able to assemble the wheels safely. The use of a different axle from the one supplied may result in incorrect assembly of the wheel and compromise the integrity of the frame and fork.

OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC SEAT POST/EXPANDER LOCKING BLOCK
The supplied locking block/expander is a specific component for the three frames: Oltre, Oltre Pro and Oltre RC. Without it it is not possible to lock the seat post in the desired position.
Follow the warnings below carefully. Failure to observe the warnings and prescriptions contained in this package insert exempts the manufacturer from any liability. It should also be noted that any damage and/or breakage resulting from operation not compling with the warnings and/or instructions detailed herein, are not covered by the warranty since the damage and/or breakage does not depend on non-compliance of the product.
To set the saddle height, loosen the M5 seatpost clamping screw. Find access to the screw through the slot located on the underside of the top tube in the area where it intersects with the seat tube (see image 5a and 5b).
WARNING! Do not remove, move or adjust the seat post (e.g. to adjust the saddle height) without loosening the clamping bolt of the expander! Never pull the seat post upwards if the seat post expander is not completely loosened, this action can cause the frame to break!

The expander creates friction between its surface and the seat post one. Carry out a sliding test of the seat
post only downwards (by a few millimeters) to check the separation between the two components. Be extremely careful when using the service stand with seat post attachment! Fixing the product via seat post may cause forces on the frame, avoid applying excessive upward forces or pushing the frame down!
The recommended locking torque of the locking block/expander is 6Nm. To avoid damaging the frame, it is recommended to use a 4 mm hexagonal insert 100 mm long (see image 6a) and to use a torque spanner to tighten the latch/expander block screw (see image 6b).

DANGER! The clamping block is equipped with an M5x35 mm screw, only use the specified screw. The use of a screw longer than 35 mm may result in the horizontal tube of the frame breaking, otherwise a shorter screw may compromise the tightness of the seatpost/expander clamping block resulting in sudden lowering of the seatpost and possible falls.

OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC SEAT POST
The supplied seat post is a specific component of the Oltre, Oltre Pro and Oltre RC frames. Without it it is not possible to assemble and use the frame. The `headstock’ saddle clamping mechanism is made by the manufacturer Ritchey. Please refer to the Ritchey manual supplied with the product for the saddle assembly procedure. It should be noted that failure to comply with the warnings and prescriptions contained in this package insert exempts the manufacturer from any liability.

In the event of an accidental fall or crash, the saddle and seat post will almost certainly be affected. They will be subjected to severe stress and impact. Deep scratches and cracks indicate that the parts must be replaced. Contact an authorised dealer immediately.

A. Insert and place the battery (1) in the holder (3).

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIMOZIONE DELLE AIR DEFLECTORS
Svitare le quattro viti di fissaggio Air Deflectors M3x10 mm tramite cacciavite Torx T10. Il telaio ha in dotazione dei tappi in gomma per la chiusura dei fori filettati, da applicare tramite pressione. (vedere immagini 2a e 2b).
PERICOLO! Attenersi al rispetto e all’utilizzo della viteria che trovate in dotazione al prodotto. L’utilizzo di viteria differente e di lunghezza superiore ai 10 mm può bloccare la rotazione dello sterzo, con il rischio di gravi cadute e incidenti.
Il produttore non potrà essere ritenuto responsabile per eventuali conseguenze che possono derivare dall’utilizzo di viteria diversa da quella in dotazione.

MANUBRIO INTEGRATO OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
Il manubrio integrato è un componente specifico del telaio Bianchi Oltre RC e Oltre PRO (escluso il telaio Oltre). Si precisa che il mancato rispetto delle avvertenze e delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente foglietto illustrativo esime il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità. Gli interventi di assemblaggio, manutenzione o smontaggio del manubrio, eventualmente necessari, devono essere eseguiti SOLO dal rivenditore specializzato. NON eseguire mai interventi sul manubrio. Tali interventi richiedono conoscenze tecniche specifiche, attrezzi speciali e competenze ben precise e possono essere svolti SOLO dal rivenditore specializzato. Regolare l’altezza manubrio in base alle proprie esigenze richiede esperienza, attrezzi adatti e abilità manuale. Pertanto, è opportuno lasciare che tutti i lavori di regolazione vengano realizzati dal rivenditore specializzato.
ATTENZIONE! L’attacco manubrio si blocca alla forcella tramite due viti di lunghezza differente e da un dado di forma rastremata; la vite superiore è 5×30 mm e la vite inferiore è 5×34 mm. Rispettare l’ordine di inserimento delle viti ed inserire il dado come da immagine 3a e 3b e non capovolto come da immagine 4.

PERICOLO! Attenersi alle coppie di serraggio specificate sull’attacco manubrio. Serraggi non correttamente eseguiti possono causare il malfunzionamento o la rottura del componente con conseguente perdita del controllo del veicolo e cadute!
Non utilizzare mai il prodotto qualora i lavori di assemblaggio siano incompleti o svolti in modo scorretto. In questo modo, infatti, si mette in pericolo se stessi e gli altri mezzi di circolazione.
ATTENZIONE! Ruotare il manubrio verso sinistra e verso destra, non utilizzare la bicicletta se si nota un comportamento anomalo dello sterzo (gioco nello sterzo o resistenza non uniforme) o se sono evidenti delle cricche e crepe.
In caso di caduta accidentale o incidente il manubrio sarà quasi certamente coinvolto. Verrà sottoposto a forte sollecitazione e impatti. La presenza di graffi profondi e incrinature indica che le parti devono essere sostituite.
ATTENZIONE! Qualora il manubrio risulti danneggiato l’utilizzo della bicicletta Bianchi Oltre Pro e Oltre Rc dovrà essere interrotto immediatamente. Tornare ad utilizzare la Bianchi Oltre Pro e Oltre RC solo dopo che il rivenditore specializzato l’avrà sottoposta ad accurata ispezione e, nel caso, sostituito il manubrio se danneggiato.
Il manubrio Oltre Pro e Oltre RC è fornito del supporto per ciclo computer, in dotazione anche inserto/aggancio per ciclo computer e adattatore/ base per Garmin e Wahoo. Seguire lo schema istruzioni ed immagini riportato in seguito. 1) Inserire il supporto nella parte anteriore e centrale del manubrio 2) Inserire l’inserto di collegamento e blocco nella parte posteriore e centrale del manubrio 3) Inserire le due viti in dotazione e serratele sino alla completa stabilità del supporto.
ATTENZIONE! Verificare che il supporto sia installato correttamente prima di utilizzare il ciclo computer.
ATTACCO E PIEGA MANUBRIO OLTRE
Il kit manubrio in dotazione al telaio Bianchi Oltre è composto da un attacco e da una piega manubrio appositamente progettati per questo telaio, i componenti sono marchiati Velomann. Si precisa che il mancato rispetto delle avvertenze e delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente foglietto illustrativo esime il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità. Nel montaggio i cavi entreranno nella piega manubrio in prossimità delle leve ed usciranno sotto l’attacco manubrio, entreranno nel telaio passando attraverso gli spessori e la serie sterzo.
La regolazione in altezza di questa tipologia di attacco manubrio può essere eseguita, in origine, dal rivenditore specializzato. In considerazione della rilevanza e complessità di questa specifica componentistica, invitiamo sempre a consultare il rivenditore di fiducia per la regolazione dell’attacco manubrio e per comprendere a fondo i meccanismi e le metodologie di regolazione.
PERICOLO! Attenersi alle coppie di serraggio specificate sull’attacco manubrio. Serraggi non correttamente eseguiti possono causare il malfunzionamento o la rottura del componente con conseguente perdita del controllo del veicolo e cadute!

PERNI PASSANTI “THRU-AXLE” OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
ATTENZIONE! Si prega di fare molta attenzione e di rispettare le avvertenze che seguono. Il mancato rispetto delle seguenti avvertenze e delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente foglietto illustrativo esime il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità. I perni passanti forniti in dotazione diversamente dai bloccaggi rapidi “quick release” si avvitano direttamente sui forcellini del telaio e della forcella, attraverso un filetto M12. Attenersi alle coppie di chiusura indicate sui perni. Nei telai Oltre, Oltre Pro ed Oltre RC i filetti femmina alloggiate nel telaio e nella forcella sono di tipo cieco: ne consegue che il perno “thru-axle” con filetto maschio ha una lunghezza specifica per poter assemblare le ruote in sicurezza. L’utilizzo di un perno diverso, da quello in dotazione, può implicare un assemblaggio scorretto della ruota e compromettere l’integrità del telaio e forcella.
ATTENZIONE! Attenersi al rispetto e all’utilizzo dei perni passanti che trovate in dotazione al prodotto. L’utilizzo di perni passanti differenti da quelli specificati può provocare la rottura del telaio e/o forcella. PERICOLO! Le ruote montate scorrettamente possono causare cadute e gravi incidenti. In caso di dubbi contattare il proprio rivenditore specializzato. PERICOLO! Attenersi alla coppia di serraggio specificata sui perni passanti. Non superare mai la coppia massima di serraggio indicata. Serraggi non correttamente eseguiti possono danneggiare il telaio e la forcella.
BLOCCHETTO CHIUSURA REGGISELLA/EXPANDER OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
Senza di esso non è possibile bloccare il cannotto reggisella nella posizione desiderata. Seguire attentamente le avvertenze sotto riportate. Il mancato rispetto delle avvertenze e delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente foglietto illustrativo esime il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità. Si precisa inoltre che eventuali danni e/o rotture che siano conseguenza del mancato rispetto delle avvertenze e/o prescrizioni qui dettagliate non sono coperti da garanzia in quanto il danno e/o rottura non dipende da un difetto di conformità del prodotto.
Per impostare l’altezza sella è necessario allentare la vite del bloccaggio reggisella M5. Trovate l’accesso alla vite attraverso l’asola situata sul lato inferiore del tubo orizzontale nella zona d’intersezione con il tubo sella (vedere immagine 5a e 5b).

ATTENZIONE! Non estrarre, muovere o regolare il cannotto reggisella (ad esempio per regolare l’altezza della sella) senza avere allentato la vite di serraggio del blocchetto di chiusura/expander! Non tirare mai il cannotto reggisella verso l’alto se il blocchetto di chiusura reggisella/expander non è completamente allentato, questa azione può provocare la rottura del telaio!
Il blocchetto di chiusura/expander crea attrito tra la sua superficie e quella del reggisella. Effettuare una prova di scorrimento del cannotto reggisella unicamente verso il basso (di qualche mm) per verificare l’effettiva separazione tra i due componenti. Prestare massima attenzione durante l’utilizzo del cavalletto da manutenzione con fissaggio tramite cannotto reggisella! Il fissaggio del prodotto tramite cannotto reggisella può causare forze sul telaio, evitare di applicare forze eccessive verso l’alto o di spingere il telaio verso il basso!
La coppia di chiusura raccomandata del blocchetto di chiusura/expander è di 6Nm. Per evitare di danneggiare il telaio si consiglia di usare un inserto esagonale da 4 mm della lunghezza di 100 mm (vedere immagine 6a) ed usare una chiave a cricchetto dinamometrica per serrare la vite del blocchetto di chiusura/expander (vedere immagine 6b).
PERICOLO! Il blocchetto di chiusura è dotato di vite M5x35 mm, attenersi all’uso unicamente della vite specificata. L’utilizzo di una vite di lunghezza superiore a 35 mm può provocare la rottura del tubo orizzontale del telaio, diversamente una vite di lunghezza inferiore può compromettere la tenuta stessa del blocchetto di chiusura reggisella/expander con conseguente abbassamento improvviso del cannotto reggisella e possibili cadute.

PERICOLO! Attenersi alla coppia di serraggio specificata sul blocchetto chiusura/expander. Serraggi non correttamente eseguiti possono causare il malfunzionamento del componente e di conseguenza cadute!
ATTENZIONE! Nell’estrarre il cannotto reggisella non superare il limite di sicurezza contrassegnato sul cannotto (vedere immagine 7).

CANNOTTO REGGISELLA OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
Il cannotto reggisella in dotazione è uno specifico componente dei telai Oltre, Oltre Pro e Oltre RC. Senza di esso non è possibile assemblare ed utilizzare il telaio. Il meccanismo di bloccaggio sella “testa del cannotto” è realizzata dal produttore Ritchey. Per la procedura del montaggio sella fare riferimento al manuale Ritchey in dotazione al prodotto. Si precisa che il mancato rispetto delle avvertenze e prescrizioni contenute nel presente foglietto illustrativo esime il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità.
PERICOLO! Attenersi alle coppie di serraggio specificate sui componenti. Serraggi non correttamente eseguiti possono causare il cedimento del componente ed avere come conseguenza cadute gravi e ferite! Utilizzare una chiave dinamometrica e rispettare le coppie di serraggio specificate per il prodotto.
ATTENZIONE! Nell’estrarre il cannotto reggisella non superare mai il limite di sicurezza contrassegnato sul cannotto (vedi immagine 8)
In caso di caduta accidentale o incidente la sella ed il cannotto reggisella saranno quasi certamente coinvolti. Verranno sottoposti a forte sollecitazione e impatto. La presenza di graffi profondi ed incrinature indicano che le parti devono essere sostituite. Rivolgersi immediatamente ad un rivenditore autorizzato.

ATTENZIONE! Qualora il cannotto reggisella risulti danneggiato l’utilizzo della bicicletta Oltre, Oltre Pro e Oltre Rc dovrà essere interrotto immediatamente. Tornare ad utilizzare la Bianchi Oltre, Oltre Pro e Oltre Rc solo dopo che il rivenditore specializzato l’avrà sottoposta ad accurata ispezione e, nel caso, sostituito il cannotto reggisella se danneggiato.8)

OLTRE PRO UND OLTRE RC AIR DEFLECTOR
Die Produkte Oltre Pro und Oltre RC (mit Ausnahme des Oltre-Rahmens) sind mit Air-Deflector-Technologie ausgestattet. Das Air-Deflector-System wird am Steuerrohr des Rahmens (links und rechts) mit zwei Schrauben der Größe M3x10 mm befestigt (siehe Bilder 1a und 1b).
WARNUNG! Das Air-Deflectors-System ist NICHT von der UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale Internationaler Radsport-Verband) für den Einsatz im Profiradsport zugelassen. Infolgedessen erklärt und erkennt der Kunde an, dass der Air Defelctor gemäß den nachstehenden Anweisungen entfernt werden muss, um an UCI-regulierten Radrennen und/oder Veranstaltungen teilnehmen zu können.

Der Kunde übernimmt jegliche Haftung und Konsequenzen, die sich aus der Teilnahme an einem UCI-regulierten Wettkampf ergeben können, ohne dass die Air Deflector entfernt wurden, einschließlich der Disqualifikation von dem betreffenden Wettkampf. Der Kunde kann daher in keiner Weise und/oder aus keinem Grund gegen den Hersteller vorgehen.
ANWEISUNGEN ZUR DEMONTAGE DES AIR DEFLECTORS
Lösen Sie die vier M3x10 mm Befestigungsschrauben des Air Defelctors mit einem T10 Torx-Schraubendreher. Der Rahmen wird mit Gummistopfen zum Verschließen der Gewindelöcher geliefert, die durch Druck angebracht werden (siehe Bilder 2a und 2b).
GEFAHR! Verwenden Sie die mit dem Produkt gelieferten Schrauben. Die Verwendung von anderen Schrauben, die länger als 10 mm sind, kann die Drehung des Lenkers blockieren, was zu schweren Stürzen und Unfällen führen kann.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für die Folgen, die sich aus der Verwendung anderer als den mitgelieferten Schrauben ergeben können.

OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC INTEGRIERTER LENKER
Der integrierte Lenker ist ein spezifischer Bestandteil des Bianchi-Oltre-RC- und Oltre-PRO-Rahmens (ausgenommen der Oltre Rahmen). Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Nichtbeachtung der in dieser Anweisung enthaltenen Warnhinweise und Vorschriften den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung befreit.
Jede notwendige Montage, Wartung oder Demontage des Lenkers darf NUR von Ihrem Fachhändler durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie NIEMALS irgendwelche Arbeiten am Lenker durch. Solche Arbeiten erfordern besondere technische Kenntnisse, Spezialwerkzeug und Fachwissen und dürfen NUR von Ihrem Fachhändler durchgeführt werden. Die Anpassung der Lenkerhöhe an die eigenen Bedürfnisse erfordert Erfahrung, geeignetes Werkzeug und handwerkliches Geschick. Überlassen Sie daher alle Einstellarbeiten Ihrem Fachhändler.
WARNUNG! Der Lenker-Vorbau wird mit zwei unterschiedlich langen Schrauben und einer konischen Mutter an der Gabel befestigt; die obere Schraube hat eine Größe von 5×30 mm und die untere Schraube von 5×34 mm. Halten Sie die Reihenfolge ein, in der die Schrauben eingesetzt werden, und bringen Sie die Mutter wie in Bild 3a und 3b gezeigt an und nicht verkehrt herum wie in Bild 4 gezeigt.

Im Falle eines Sturzes oder Unfalls ist der Lenker mit Sicherheit betroffen. Er ist starken Belastungen und Stößen ausgesetzt. Tiefe Kratzer und Risse weisen darauf hin, dass Teile ausgetauscht werden müssen.
WARNUNG! Wenn der Lenker beschädigt ist, muss die Benutzung des Bianchi-Oltre-Pro- und Oltre-Rc-Fahrrads sofort eingestellt werden. Nehmen Sie Ihr Bianchi-Oltre-Pro- und Oltre-RC-Fahrrad erst wieder in Gebrauch, nachdem Ihr Händler es gründlich inspiziert und gegebenenfalls den Lenker ersetzt hat, falls er beschädigt ist.
Die Oltre-Pro- und Oltre-RC-Lenker werden mit der Fahrradcomputerhalterung und dem Einsatz für den Adapter/der Basis für Garmin- und Wahoo-Geräte geliefert. Folgen Sie der Anleitung und den Bildern unten. 1) Setzen Sie die Halterung vorne und in der Mitte des Lenkers ein. 2) Setzen Sie den Verbindungs- und Verriegelungseinsatz hinten und mittig in den Lenker ein. 3) Bringen Sie die beiden mitgelieferten Schrauben an und ziehen Sie sie fest, bis die Halterung vollständig stabil ist.
WARNUNG! Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Halterung korrekt installiert ist, bevor Sie den Fahrradcomputer benutzen.
VORBAU UND FAHRRADLENKER OLTRE
Das mit dem Bianchi-Oltre-Rahmen gelieferte Lenker-Kit besteht aus einem Vorbau und einem Fahrradlenker, die speziell für diesen Rahmen entwickelt wurden. Die Komponenten stammen von Velomann. Es ist zu beachten, dass die Nichtbeachtung der in diesen Anweisungen enthaltenen Warnhinweise und Vorschriften den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung befreit. Bei der Montage werden die Züge in den Fahrradlenker in der Nähe der Bremshebel eingeführt, unter dem Vorbau herausgeführt und durch die Ausgleichsscheiben und den Steuersatz in den Rahmen eingeführt.
Die Höheneinstellung dieses Vorbautyps kann anfangs von Ihrem Fachhändler vorgenommen werden. In Anbetracht der Bedeutung und Komplexität dieses spezifischen Bauteils empfehlen wir Ihnen immer, Ihren Fachhändler für die Einstellung des Vorbaus zu konsultieren und die Mechanismen und Methoden der Einstellung vollständig zu verstehen.

OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC STECKACHSEN
ACHTUNG! Bitte gehen Sie sehr vorsichtig vor und beachten Sie die folgenden Warnhinweise. Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden Warnhinweise und der in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Vorschriften entbindet den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung. Die mitgelieferten Steckachsenstifte werden im Gegensatz zu den Schnellspannverschlüssen über ein M12-Gewinde direkt in die Ausfallenden von Rahmen und Gabel geschraubt. Beachten Sie die auf den Stiften angegebenen Anzugsmomente. Bei den Oltre-, Oltre-Pro- und Oltre-RC-Rahmen sind die im Rahmen und in der Gabel untergebrachten Innengewinde vom Blindtyp: Somit hat die Steckachse mit Außengewinde eine bestimmte Länge, um die Laufräder sicher montieren zu können. Die Verwendung einer anderen als der mitgelieferten Achse kann zu einer falschen Montage des Rades führen und die Unversehrtheit von Rahmen und Gabel beeinträchtigen.
WARNUNG! Verwenden Sie die mit dem Produkt gelieferten Steckachsen. Die Verwendung von anderen als den angegebenen Steckachsen kann zum Bruch des Rahmens und/oder der Gabel führen. GEFAHR! Unsachgemäß montierte Räder können zu Stürzen und schweren Unfällen führen. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler. GEFAHR! Beachten Sie das auf den Steckachsen angegebene Anzugsdrehmoment. Überschreiten Sie niemals das angegebene maximale Anzugsdrehmoment. Ein falsches Anziehen kann zu Schäden an Rahmen und Gabel führen.
OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC KLEMME/EXPANDER FÜR SATTELSTÜTZE
Die mitgelieferte Klemme/Expander ist eine spezifische Komponente für die drei Rahmen des Typs Oltre, Oltre Pro und Oltre RC. Ohne sie ist es nicht möglich, die Sattelstütze in der gewünschten Position zu arretieren. Beachten Sie die nachstehenden Warnhinweise sorgfältig. Die Nichtbeachtung der in diesen Anweisungen enthaltenen Warnhinweise und Vorschriften entbindet den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung. Es wird auch darauf hingewiesen, dass Schäden und/oder Brüche, die durch eine den Warnungen und/oder Anweisungen widersprechende Anwendung entstehen, nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt sind, da die Schäden und/oder Brüche von der unsachgemäßen Handhabung des Produkts abhängen. Um die Sattelhöhe einzustellen, lösen Sie die M5-Klemmschraube der Sattelstütze. Suchen Sie den Zugang zur Schraube durch den Schlitz an der Unterseite des Oberrohrs in dem Bereich, in dem es sich mit dem Sitzrohr kreuzt (siehe Abbildung 5a und 5b).

WARNUNG! Die Sattelstütze NICHT AUSBAUEN, BEWEGEN ODER VERSTELLEN (z. B. um die Sattelhöhe einzustellen), ohne die Klemmschraube des Expanders zu lösen! ZIEHEN Sie die Sattelstütze NIEMALS nach oben, wenn der Sattelstützenexpander nicht vollständig gelöst ist, da dies zum Bruch des Rahmens führen kann! Der Expander erzeugt Reibung zwischen seiner Oberfläche und der der Sattelstütze. Führen Sie eine Schiebeprüfung der Sattelstütze nur nach unten (um einige
Millimeter) durch, um die Trennung zwischen den beiden Komponenten zu überprüfen. SEIEN SIE ÄU ERST VORSICHTIG, wenn Sie den Montageständer mit Sattelstützenbefestigung verwenden! Die Befestigung des Produkts über die Sattelstütze kann Kräfte auf den Rahmen ausüben. Vermeiden Sie es, übermäßige Kräfte nach oben auszuüben oder den Rahmen nach unten zu drücken! Das empfohlene Anzugsdrehmoment der Klemme/Expanders beträgt 6 Nm. Um eine Beschädigung des Rahmens zu vermeiden, wird empfohlen, einen 4 mm Sechskanteinsatz mit einer Länge von 100 mm zu verwenden (siehe Abbildung 6a) und die Schraube der Klemme/Expanders mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel anzuziehen (siehe Abbildung 6b).
GEFAHR! Die Klemme ist mit einer Schraube M5x35 mm ausgestattet, verwenden Sie nur die mitgelieferte Schraube. Die Verwendung einer Schraube, die länger als 35 mm ist, kann dazu führen, dass das horizontale Rohr des Rahmens bricht. Andernfalls kann eine kürzere Schraube die Dichtigkeit der Klemme/des Expander der Sattelstütze beeinträchtigen, was zu einem plötzlichen Absenken der Sattelstütze und möglichen Stürzen führt.

Die mitgelieferte Sattelstütze ist eine spezifische Komponente der Oltre-, Oltre-Pro- und Oltre-RC-Rahmen. Ohne sie ist es nicht möglich, den Rahmen zu montieren und zu benutzen. Die Sattelklemmung stammt vom Hersteller Ritchey. Wie der Sattel montiert wird, entnehmen Sie bitte dem Ritchey-Handbuch, das dem Produkt beiliegt. Es ist zu beachten, dass die Nichtbeachtung der in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Warnhinweise und Vorschriften den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung befreit.
GEFAHR! Beachten Sie die auf den Bauteilen angegebenen Anzugsdrehmomente. Mit falschen Drehmomenten angezogene Schrauben können zum Versagen des Bauteils führen, was zu schweren Stürzen und Verletzungen führen kann! Verwenden Sie einen Drehmomentschlüssel und beachten Sie die für das Produkt angegebenen Anzugsdrehmomente.
WARNUNG! Überschreiten Sie beim Herausziehen der Sattelstütze niemals die auf der Sattelstütze markierte Sicherheitsgrenze (siehe Abbildung 8).

A. Setzen Sie die Batterie (1) in die Halterung (3) ein und positionieren Sie sie.

DÉFLECTEURS D’AIR OLTRE PRO ET OLTRE RC
Les produits Oltre Pro et Oltre RC (hormis le cadre Oltre) sont équipés de la technologie Air Deflectors. Le système Air Deflectors est appliqué sur le tube de direction du cadre (côté gauche et droit) à l’aide de deux vis de taille M3x10 mm (voir images 1a et 1b).
AVERTISSEMENT! Le système Air Deflectors n’est PAS homologué par l’UCI (Union cycliste internationale) pour l’usage professionnel du vélo. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, le client déclare et reconnaît que pour pouvoir participer aux courses et/ou événements cyclistes compétitifs réglementés par l’UCI, les déflecteurs d’air doivent impérativement être retirés en suivant les instructions ci-dessous.

Dévissez les quatre vis de fixation des déflecteurs d’air M3x10 mm à l’aide d’un tournevis Torx T10. Le cadre est livré avec des caches en caoutchouc pour fermer les trous filetés, qui doivent être appliqués par pression (voir images 2a et 2b).
AVERTISSEMENT! La potence est fixée à la fourche à l’aide de deux vis de longueurs différentes et d’un écrou de forme effilée; la vis supérieure mesure 5×30 mm et la vis inférieure 5×34 mm. Respectez l’ordre dans lequel les vis sont insérées et placez l’écrou comme indiqué sur les images 3a et 3b et non à l’envers comme indiqué sur l’image 4.

GUIDON INTÉGRÉ OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
Le guidon intégré est une composante spécifique des cadres Xxx Oltre RC et Oltre PRO (à l’exclusion du cadre Oltre). Il convient de noter que le non-respect des avertissements et des instructions contenus dans cette notice exonère le fabricant de toute responsabilité.
Tout montage, entretien ou démontage nécessaire du guidon doit être effectué UNIQUEMENT par votre revendeur spécialisé. N’effectuez JAMAIS d’interventions sur le guidon. Ces interventions nécessitent des connaissances techniques spécifiques, des outils spéciaux et une expertise, et ne peuvent être effectuées QUE par votre revendeur spécialisé. Le réglage de la hauteur du guidon en fonction de vos besoins nécessite de l’expérience, des outils adaptés et des compétences manuelles. Vous devez donc confier tous les réglages à votre revendeur spécialisé.
AVERTISSEMEN! La potence est fixée à la fourche à l’aide de deux vis de longueurs différentes et d’un écrou de forme effilée ; la vis supérieure mesure 5×30 mm et la vis inférieure 5×34 mm. DANGER! Respectez les couples de serrage indiqués sur la potence. Des couples de serrage approximatifs sont susceptibles d’entraîner un dysfonctionnement ou la détérioration de l’élément, ce qui peut provoquer une perte de contrôle du véhicule et des accidents!
N’utilisez jamais le produit si le montage est incomplet ou mal effectué. Vous risquez de vous mettre en danger ainsi que les autres usagers de la route.
AVERTISSEMENT! Tournez le guidon vers la gauche et vers la droite, n’utilisez pas le vélo si vous remarquez un fonctionnement anormal de la direction (jeu dans la direction ou résistance inégale) ou si des fissures et des craquelures apparaissent.
En cas de chute accidentelle ou d’accident, le guidon sera très certainement touché. Il sera soumis à de fortes contraintes et à des impacts. La présence de rayures et de fissures profondes indique que les pièces doivent être remplacées.
AVERTISSEMENT! Si le guidon est endommagé, l’utilisation du vélo Xxx Oltre Pro et Oltre Rc doit être immédiatement interrompue. Utilisez à nouveau votre Oltre Pro et Oltre RC qu’après que votre revendeur l’a soigneusement inspecté et, si nécessaire, a remplacé le guidon, si ce dernier était endommagé.
Les guidons Oltre Pro et Oltre RC sont fournis avec le support pour compteur de vélo, l’insert/crochet pour compteur de vélo et l’adaptateur/base pour Garmin et Wahoo. POTENCE ET CINTRE OLTRE
Le kit guidon livré avec le cadre Xxx Oltre se compose d’une potence et d’un cintre spécialement conçus pour ce cadre. Les composants sont de la marque Velomann. Veuillez noter que le non-respect des avertissements et des instructions contenus dans cette notice exonère le fabricant de toute responsabilité. Une fois assemblés, les câbles entreront dans le cintre près des leviers, sortiront sous la potence et entreront dans le cadre par les entretoises et le jeu de direction.
Le réglage en hauteur de ce type de potence peut être effectué à l’origine par votre revendeur spécialisé. Compte tenu de l’importance et de la complexité de ce composant spécifique, nous vous recommandons de toujours consulter votre revendeur spécialisé pour le réglage de la potence et de bien comprendre les mécanismes et les méthodes de réglage.
DANGER! Respectez les couples de serrage indiqués sur la potence. Des couples de serrage approximatifs sont susceptibles d’entraîner un dysfonctionnement ou la détérioration de l’élément, ce qui peut provoquer une perte de contrôle du véhicule et des accidents!
N’utilisez jamais le produit si le montage est incomplet ou mal effectué. Vous risquez de vous mettre en danger ainsi que les autres usagers de la route.
AVERTISSEMENT! Tournez le guidon vers la gauche et vers la droite, n’utilisez pas le vélo si vous remarquez un fonctionnement anormal de la direction (jeu dans la direction ou résistance inégale) ou si des fissures et des craquelures apparaissent. En cas de chute accidentelle ou d’accident, le guidon sera très certainement touché. Il sera soumis à de fortes contraintes et à des impacts. La présence de rayures et de fissures profondes indique que les pièces doivent être remplacées. AVERTISSEMENT! Si le guidon est endommagé, l’utilisation du vélo Xxx Oltre Pro et Oltre Rc doit être immédiatement interrompue. Utilisez à nouveau votre Oltre Pro et Oltre RC qu’après que votre revendeur l’a soigneusement inspecté et, si nécessaire, a remplacé le guidon, si ce dernier était endommagé.
AXES TRAVERSANTS « THRU-AXLE » OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
ATTENTION! Veuillez être très prudent et respecter les avertissements suivants. Le non-respect des avertissements et des instructions contenus dans cette notice exonère le fabricant de toute responsabilité. Contrairement aux verrous rapides « quick-release », les axes traversants fournis avec le produit se vissent directement sur les pattes du cadre et de la fourche au moyen d’un filetage M12. Respectez les couples de serrage indiqués sur les axes. Sur les cadres et les fourches Oltre, Oltre Pro et Oltre RC, les trous filetés des axes de roues sont de type borgne : il en résulte que l’axe traversant fileté « thru-axle » présente une longueur spécifique afin de pouvoir assembler les roues en toute sécurité.
L’utilisation d’un axe différent de celui fourni peut entraîner un montage incorrect de la roue et compromettre l’intégrité du cadre et de la fourche.
AVERTISSEMENT! Seuls les axes traversants fournis avec le produit doivent être utilisés. Merci de respecter à cet égard leurs consignes d’utilisation. L’utilisation d’axes traversants autres que ceux spécifiés peut entraîner la défaillance du cadre et/ou de la fourche. DANGER! Des roues mal ajustées peuvent provoquer des chutes et des accidents graves. En cas de doute, contactez votre revendeur spécialisé. DANGER! Respectez le couple de serrage indiqué sur les axes traversants. Ne dépassez jamais le couple de serrage maximal spécifié. Un mauvais serrage peut endommager le cadre et la fourche.
BLOC DE VERROUILLAGE DE SELLE/EXPANDEUR OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
Le bloc de verrouillage/expandeur fourni avec le produit est un composant spécifique pour les trois cadres : Oltre, Oltre Pro et Oltre RC. Sans lui, il n’est pas possible de verrouiller le fourreau de la tige de selle dans la position souhaitée. Suivez attentivement les avertissements ci-dessous. Le non-respect des avertissements et des instructions contenus dans cette notice exonère le fabricant de toute responsabilité. Il convient également de noter que tout dommage et/ou casse dus à une utilisation non conforme aux avertissements et/ou instructions détaillés ici ne sont pas couverts par la garantie puisque le dommage et/ou la casse ne dépendent pas de la non-conformité du produit. Pour régler la hauteur de la selle, desserrez la vis de serrage de la tige de selle M5. Vous pourrez accéder à la vis à travers la fente située sous le tube horizontal, à la jonction avec le tube de selle (voir images 5a et 5b).

AVERTISSEMENT! N’ENLEVEZ PAS, NE DÉPLACEZ PAS ET NE RÉGLEZ PAS la tige de selle (par exemple pour régler la hauteur de la selle) sans desserrer la vis de serrage de l’expandeur ! NE TIREZ JAMAIS la tige de selle vers le haut si l’expandeur de la tige de selle n’est pas complètement desserré, cette action risque de casser le cadre ! L’expandeur crée une friction entre sa surface et celle de la tige de selle. Effectuez un essai en faisant glisser la tige de selle uniquement vers le bas (de quelques
millimètres) afin de vérifier la séparation entre les deux composants. FAITES EXTRÊMEMENT ATTENTION avec la fixation de la tige de selle lorsque vous utilisez le pied d’atelier ! La fixation du produit via la tige de selle risque de provoquer des contraintes sur le cadre, évitez d’exercer une pression trop importante vers le haut ou de pousser le cadre vers le bas !
Le couple de verrouillage recommandé du bloc de verrouillage/expanseur est de 6 Nm. Pour éviter d’endommager le cadre, il est recommandé d’utiliser un insert hexagonal de 4 mm de longueur 100 mm (voir image 6a) et d’utiliser une clé dynamométrique pour serrer la vis du bloc de verrouillage/expandeur (voir image 6 b).
DANGER! Le bloc de verrouillage est muni d’une vis M5x35 mm. Merci d’utiliser uniquement la vis spécifiée.
L’utilisation d’une vis d’une longueur supérieure à 35 mm peut entraîner la rupture du tube horizontal du cadre, tandis qu’une vis plus courte peut compromettre le serrage du bloc de verrouillage de la tige de selle/expandeur, entraînant un abaissement soudain de la tige de selle et de possibles chutes.

Le fourreau de tige de selle fourni avec le produit est un composant spécifique des cadres Oltre, Oltre Pro et Oltre RC. Sans lui, il est impossible d’assembler et d’utiliser le cadre. Le mécanisme de fixation de la selle « tête du fourreau » est réalisé par Ritchey. Merci de vous rapporter au manuel de ce fabricant fourni avec le produit, pour la procédure de montage de la selle. Veuillez noter que le non-respect des avertissements et des instructions contenus dans cette notice exonère le fabricant de toute responsabilité.
DANGER! Respectez les couples de serrage indiqués sur les composants. Des couples de serrage incorrects peuvent entraîner la défaillance du composant et provoquer des chutes et des blessures graves ! Utilisez une clé dynamométrique et respectez les couples de serrage spécifiés pour le produit.
AVERTISSEMENT! Lors de l’extraction du fourreau de tige de selle, ne dépassez jamais la limite de sécurité indiquée sur le fourreau (voir image 8).

Los productos Oltre Pro y Oltre RC (excluido el cuadro Oltre) están dotados de la tecnología Air Deflectors. El sistema Air Deflectors se aplica al tubo de direccion del cuadro (en los lados derecho e izquierdo) mediante dos tornillos de dimensiones M3x10 mm (véanse las imágenes 1a y 1b).
¡ATENCIÓN! El sistema Air Deflectors NO está homologado por la UCI (Unión Ciclista Internacional) para un uso profesional de la bicicleta. Por consiguiente, el cliente declara y reconoce que para poder participar en carreras o competiciones ciclistas reguladas por la UCI, los Air Deflectors deberán desmontarse obligatoriamente con arreglo a las instrucciones indicadas a continuación.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL DESMONTAJE DE LOS AIR DEFLECTORS
Desatornille los cuatro tornillos de fijación de los Air Deflectors M3x10 mm con un destornillador Torx T10. El cuadro viene equipado con tapones de goma para cubrir los orificios roscados, que se aplican mediante presión (véanse las imágenes 2a y 2b).
¡PELIGRO! Utilice siempre los tornillos suministrados con el producto. La utilización de tornillos diferentes y de una longitud superior a 10 mm puede bloquear la rotación del eje, con el riesgo de caídas y accidentes graves. No se podrá considerar al fabricante responsable por las eventuales consecuencias que puedan desprenderse de la utilización de tornillos diferentes de los suministrados.

MANILLAR INTEGRADO OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
El manillar integrado es un componente específico del cuadro Bianchi Oltre RC y Oltre PRO (excluido el cuadro Oltre). Nota: el incumplimiento de las advertencias y las recomendaciones contenidas en el presente folleto ilustrativo eximirá al fabricante de toda responsabilidad. Las operaciones de montaje, mantenimiento y desmontaje del manillar eventualmente necesarias deberán ser efectuadas EXCLUSIVAMENTE por el distribuidor especializado. NO realice nunca ninguna operación en el manillar. Dichas operaciones requieren conocimientos técnicos específicos, herramientas especiales y competencias muy precisas y SOLO pueden ser efectuadas por el distribuidor especializado. Regular la altura del manillar conforme a las necesidades del usuario requiere experiencia, herramientas adecuadas y habilidad manual. Por lo tanto, todas las operaciones de regulación deben ser efectuadas por el distribuidor especializado.
¡ATENCIÓN! El acoplamiento del manillar se fija a la horquilla mediante dos tornillos de diferente longitud y una tuerca de forma ahusada; el tornillo superior es de 5×30 mm y el tornillo inferior es de 5×34 mm. Respete el orden de introducción de los tornillos e introduzca la tuerca como se muestra en las imágenes 3a y 3b y no invertida, como se observa en la imagen 4.

¡PELIGRO! Respete los pares de apriete especificados en el acoplamiento del manillar. Un ajuste inadecuado puede causar un funcionamiento defectuoso o la rotura del componente, con la consiguiente pérdida del control de la bicicleta y una posible caída.
No utilice nunca el producto si las operaciones de montaje están incompletas o se han efectuado incorrectamente. De lo contrario, estaría poniendo en peligro su integridad física y la de los demás vehículos.
¡ATENCIÓN! Rote el manillar a izquierda y derecha y no utilice la bicicleta si nota un comportamiento anormal del eje (eje con holgura o resistencia no uniforme) o si observa fisuras o grietas.
En caso de una caída o un accidente, el manillar se verá casi siempre afectado y sometido a fuertes tensiones e impactos. La presencia de arañazos profundos y hendiduras indica que hay que sustituir las piezas.
¡ATENCIÓN! Si el manillar resulta dañado, deberá interrumpirse inmediatamente la utilización de la bicicleta Bianchi Oltre Pro y Oltre RC. Vuelva a utilizarla solo después de que el distribuidor especializado la haya inspeccionado atentamente y, en su caso, haya sustituido el manillar en caso de daños.
El manillar Oltre Pro y Oltre RC viene equipado con un soporte para ciclocomputadores, con el correspondiente inserto/enganche y un adaptador/ base para Garmin y Wahoo. Siga el esquema de instrucciones e imágenes que figura a continuación. 1) Introduzca el soporte en la parte delantera y central del manillar. 2) Introduzca el inserto de fijación en la parte trasera y central del manillar. 3) Introduzca los dos tornillos suministrados y apriételos hasta que el soporte quede completamente estable.
¡ATENCIÓN! Verifique que el soporte esté instalado correctamente antes de utilizar el ciclocomputador.
ACOPLAMIENTO Y MANILLAR DE CARRETERA OLTRE
El juego de manillar suministrado con el marco Bianchi Oltre está compuesto por un acoplamiento y un manillar de carretera diseñados específicamente para este cuadro, los componentes son de marca Velomann. Nota: el incumplimiento de las advertencias y las recomendaciones contenidas en el presente folleto ilustrativo eximirá al fabricante de toda responsabilidad. Durante el montaje, los cables entrarán en el manillar de carretera cerca de las palancas, saldrán bajo el acoplamiento y entrarán en el cuadro pasando a través de los tubos y el juego de dirección.
La regulación de la altura de este tipo de acoplamiento de manillar puede ser efectuada en origen por el distribuidor especializado. Habida cuenta de la importancia y la complejidad de estos componentes específicos, le invitamos siempre a consultar a su distribuidor para la regulación del acoplamiento del manillar y para comprender a fondo los mecanismos y los métodos de regulación.

PERNOS PASANTES «THRU-AXLE» OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC

El incumplimiento de las siguientes advertencias y recomendaciones contenidas en el presente folleto ilustrativo eximirá al fabricante de toda responsabilidad. Los pernos pasantes suministrados, a diferencia de los bloqueos rápidos «quick release», se atornillan directamente a las punteras del cuadro y de la horquilla a través de una rosca M12. Respete los pares de apriete indicados en los pernos. En los cuadros Oltre, Oltre Pro y Oltre RC, las roscas hembra practicadas en el cuadro y en la horquilla son de tipo ciego: por ello, el perno «thru-axle» con rosca macho tiene una longitud específica para poder montar las ruedas de una manera segura. El uso de un perno diferente del suministrado puede acarrear un montaje incorrecto de la rueda y poner en peligro la integridad del cuadro y la horquilla.
¡ATENCIÓN! Utilice siempre los pernos pasantes suministrados con el producto. El uso de pernos pasantes diferentes de los especificados puede provocar la rotura del cuadro o la horquilla. ¡PELIGRO! Las ruedas montadas incorrectamente pueden provocar caídas y accidentes graves. En caso de duda, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor especializado. ¡PELIGRO! Respete el par de apriete especificado en los pernos pasantes. No exceda nunca el par de apriete máximo indicado. Un ajuste inadecuado puede dañar el cuadro y la horquilla.
CLAVIJA DE AJUSTE Y BLOQUEO DE SILLÍN OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
La clavija de ajuste y bloqueo de sillín suministrada es un componente específico para los tres cuadros: Oltre, Oltre Pro y Oltre RC. Sin ella, no se puede bloquear la tija del sillín en la posición deseada. Siga atentamente las advertencias indicadas a continuación. El incumplimiento de las advertencias y recomendaciones contenidas en el presente folleto ilustrativo eximirá al fabricante de toda responsabilidad. Se advierte asimismo de que los daños o las roturas resultantes de una utilización en incumplimiento de las advertencias o las instrucciones detalladas en el presente documento no están cubiertos por la garantía, ya que dichos desperfectos no estarían relacionados con la disconformidad del producto. Para ajustar la altura del sillín, hay que aflojar el tornillo de bloqueo del sillín M5. Para acceder al mismo, utilice la ranura situada en el lado inferior del tubo horizontal, en la zona de intersección con la tija del sillín (véanse las imágenes 5a y 5b).

¡ATENCIÓN! NO RETIRE, MUEVA O AJUSTE la clavija de ajuste (p. ej., para modificar la altura del sillín) sin aflojar el tornillo de bloqueo. NUNCA TIRE del sillín hacia arriba si la clavija de ajuste y bloqueo no está completamente suelta, ya que, si lo hace, podría romper el cuadro. La clavija de ajuste crea fricción entre su superficie y la del sillín. Pruebe a bajar el sillín deslizándolo solo unos milímetros hacia abajo para comprobar la separación entre los dos componentes.
TENGA MUCHO CUIDADO al utilizar el soporte de servicio con el sillín. Configurar el producto mediante el sillín podría forzar el cuadro: evite aplicar una fuerza excesiva hacia arriba o hacia abajo contra el cuadro. El par de apriete recomendado de la clavija de ajuste y bloqueo del sillín es de 6 Nm. Para evitar dañar el cuadro, se aconseja utilizar una extensión hexagonal de 4 mm con una longitud de 100 mm (véase la imagen 6a) junto con una llave de trinquete dinamométrica para apretar el tornillo de la clavija de ajuste y bloqueo del sillín (véase la imagen 6 b).
¡PELIGRO! La clavija de ajuste está dotada de un tornillo M5x35 mm, utilice exclusivamente el tornillo especificado. La utilización de un tornillo con una longitud superior a 35 mm puede provocar la rotura del tubo horizontal del cuadro; si se usa un tornillo con una longitud inferior, se puede poner en riesgo la resistencia de la clavija de ajuste y bloqueo del sillín, con la consiguiente bajada inesperada de la tija del sillín y posibles caídas.

TIJA DEL SILLÍN OLTRE, OLTRE PRO, OLTRE RC
La tija del sillín suministrado es un componente específico de los cuadros Oltre, Oltre Pro y Oltre RC. Sin ella, no se puede montar y utilizar el cuadro. El mecanismo de bloqueo del sillín en el «cabezal de la tija» es realizado por el fabricante Ritchey. Para el procedimiento de montaje del sillín, remítase al manual de Ritchey suministrado con el producto. El incumplimiento de las advertencias y las recomendaciones contenidas en el presente folleto ilustrativo eximirá al fabricante de toda responsabilidad.
¡PELIGRO! Respete los pares de apriete especificados en los componentes. Un ajuste inadecuado puede causar la bajada del componente y tener como consecuencia caídas graves y lesiones. Utilice una llave dinamométrica y respete los pares de apriete especificados para el producto.
¡ATENCIÓN! Al extraer la tija del sillín, no supere nunca el límite de seguridad marcado en la tija (véase la imagen 8).
