The IJOY FLAIR Color Changing Bike Lights are designed to add a
fun and vibrant touch to your bike rides. This product includes one
LED light string, five zip ties, and one user manual. The lights
are manufactured by QUEST USA CORP. and made in China.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Wrap the LED string lights around the bike tire or frame.
2. Insert three AA batteries into the battery box (batteries not
   included).
3. Secure the battery box onto the bike using the included zip
   ties.
4. Turn the lights on or off as desired.
