INSTRUCTIONS
Designed for applying the correct torque for engine casing screws, camshaft position sensors, ignition coils etc.
- Locking collar prevents accidental change of torque setting.
- +/- 6% clockwise accuracy, complies with ISO:6789.
- Range 1-5Nm.
- Only for clockwise torque tightening, cannot be used on reverse thread fixings.
Examples of torque settings
- Pull out the locking collar for setting torque, turn Left to increase torque, turn right to reduce torque.
- Torque setting is based on main scale plus locking collar scale. Adjust the locking collar scale, which is in increments of 0.02 N-m.
- After adjusting torque setting, push down locking collar into “Lock” position.
EXAMPLE- 2.3 N-m
- View the main scale with the angle perpendicular to the handgrip.
- In order to extend the product service life, the torque setting should be adjusted to the minimum value if the product is not to be operated for a long period.
