Product Usage Instructions

1. Before use, estimate the weight of the load you want to lift.
   Do not use a jack designed for less than the weight of the
   load.
2. Select the lifting point on the load always in relation to the
   load’s centre of gravity. Place the jack on a stable spot with hard
   ground underneath. If there is no hard ground for the jack to rest
   on, place a wooden board underneath it.
3. Before operating the jack, use the lever to close the relief
   valve. Put the lever on the side of the shaped end on the relief
   valve. Turn the lever clockwise until the relief valve closes. Do
   not overtighten the valve.
4. Insert the lever into the jack lever system and begin crimping
   with repeated up and down movements. The jack piston will rise and
   touch the load. Continuing the reciprocating motion on the lever
   will also raise the load.
5. Lower the jack using the lever and untightening the relief
   valve. To unclamp, turn the relief valve counterclockwise.
6. When using two or more jacks in order to lift an object, ensure
   the smoothest possible lifting speed and distribute the load on the
   jacks as evenly as possible.
7. Do not abuse the jack. The tool must be used for its intended
   purpose.
8. For temperatures from -3°C to 45°C, use machine oil type
   GB443-84 N15. Maintain the amount of oil in the jack at a
   satisfactory level.
9. Use the jack correctly by following these operating
   instructions. If the jack malfunctions or is defective, do not use
   it and contact an authorized service facility for inspection and
   repair.

Instructions for use and safety of hydraulic bottle jack
1. Before use, estimate the weight of the load you want to lift. Do not use a jack designed for less than the weight of the load.

The workshop equipment has been manufactured according to strict standards set by our company, which are aligned with the respec ve european quality standards. The workshop equipment is provided with a warranty period of 12 months. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product. Proof of the warranty right is the purchase document of the workshop equipment (retail receipt or invoice). Under no circumstances shall the company cover the relevant cost of spare parts and respec ve required working hours unless a copy of the purchase document is presented. In case the repair has to be done by our service department the cost of transporta on (to and from) is en rely borne by the sender (client). The said equipment must be sent for repair to the company or to an authorized workshop in the appropriate way and means of transport.
WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: 1)Spare parts that wear out naturally as a consequence of being used. 2) Workshop equipment damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instruc ons of the manufacturer. 3) Workshop equipment poorly maintained or taken care of. 4)Use of improper spare parts or accessories. 5) Workshop equipmente given to third en es free of charge. 6) Damage as a result of mistaken assembly. 7) Damage as a result of poor quality of lubricant. 8) Damage as a result of not cleaning the equipment as required. 9) Equipment that has been modified or disassembled by unauthorized personnel. 10) Equipment used for rent.
The warranty covers only the free of charge replacement of the component that presents a manufacturing defect or material failure. In case of lack of a specific spare part the company reserves the right to replace the equipment with another of the same kind. A er all warranty procedures have been concluded, the warranty period of the equipment shall not be extended or renewed. The spare parts or equipment that are replaced remain in the possession of our company. Requirements, other than those men oned in this warranty form, regarding repairing a piece of equipment or damage thereof, do not apply. Greek law and rela ve regula ons apply to this warranty.

La garan e couvre uniquement le remplacement gratuit du composant qui présente un défaut de fabrica on ou une défaillance matérielle. En cas d’absence d’une pièce de rechange spécifique, l’entreprise se réserve le droit de remplacer l’équipement par un autre du même type. Après la conclusion de toutes les procédures de garan e, la période de garan e de l’ équipement ne sera pas prolongée ou renouvelée. Les pièces de rechange ou les équipements remplacées restent en possession de notre société. Les exigences, autres que celles men onnées dans ce formulaire de garan e, concernant la répara on d’un équipement ou de ses dommages, ne s’appliquent pas. La loi grecque et ses règlements s’appliquent à ce e garan e.

L’a rezzatura per officina ha un periodo di garanzia di 12 mesi. La garanzia è valida dalla data di acquisto del prodo o. La prova del diri o alla garanzia è il documento di acquisto dell’a rezzatura per officina (scontrino fiscale o fa ura). In nessun caso l’azienda coprirà il rela vo costo dei pezzi di ricambio e delle rispe ve ore di lavoro necessarie, se non viene presentata una copia del documento di acquisto. Nel caso in cui la riparazione debba essere effe uata dal nostro servizio di assistenza, il costo del trasporto (andata e ritorno) è interamente a carico del mi ente (cliente). L’apparecchiatura in ques one deve essere inviata per la riparazione all’azienda o a un’officina autorizzata con le modalità e i mezzi di trasporto appropria .

La garanzia copre solo la sos tuzione gratuita del componente che presenta un dife o di fabbricazione o di materiale. In caso di mancanza di un pezzo di ricambio specifico, l’azienda si riserva il diri o di sos tuire l’a rezzatura con un’altra dello stesso po. Una volta concluse tu e le procedure di garanzia, il periodo di garanzia dell’a rezzatura non potrà essere esteso o rinnovato.
