SRHB Round High Bay

WARNING – RISK OF FIRE, EXPLOSION, AND ELECTRICAL SHOCK

• This product shall be installed, inspected, and maintained by a qualified electrician only in accordance with NEC (National Electric Code) and all local codes.
• Turn off electrical power before inspection, installation, or removal.
• Use only UL (or other NTRL) approved wire for input/output connections. Minimum size 18 or 14 AWG for continuous runs.
• Ensure LEDs and drivers are cool to touch when performing maintenance and supply voltage is same as rated voltage of luminaire.
• Do not install in a hazardous atmosphere, except where ambient temperature does not exceed rated operating temperature of fixture.
• Keep tightly closed when in operation.
• CAUTION: This fixture is designed for permanent installation in ordinary (Non-hazardous) location in accordance with National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Do not use in areas of limited ventilation or in high ambient enclosures. Lamp and fixtures operate at high temperatures. Contact with combustible materials can cause fire and personal contact can cause severe burns.

Prepare electrical wiring

Electrical requirements

• LED driver must be supplied with voltage specified on parameter label and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit protected by a 20 Ampere circuit breaker. Use min. 75° C supply. Grounding instructions
• Grounding and bonding of overall system shall be done in accordance with NEC Article 600 and local codes.

Hook Configuration Installation

1. Verify hook is secured in enclosure and primary cord freely exits hook. Hang luminaire on hook and secure hook openingRoute primary input cable from luminaire to customer provided junction box and make primary L/N/G connections.
2. If a reflector is to be installed, mount reflector in keyhole slots and secure screws.
   
3. If a motion sensor is included in unit without a reflector, mount motion sensor to edge of circular housing with hardware included as shown.
4. If a motion sensor is included in unit with a reflector, position sensor mount strip with two (2) studs into clamp ring before securing clamp ring to reflector, then secure sensor mounting hardware to studs protruding from clamp ring.

Pendant Mounting Installation

1. Separate upper half of pendant mount enclosure (L417-06) and secure to customer supplied pendant structure with 0.75″ (19 mm) NSPM nuts provided, or with nuts appropriate to existing pendant tube.
2. Engage lower half of pendant mount enclosure in upper enclosure half and retain with screws provided. Unit is NOT secure until screws are inserted and tightened.
3. Make L/N/G primary connections inside pendant mount enclosure. Install end cover plate and retain with screws. If a reflector is to be installed, mount reflector in keyhole slots and secure screws. If a motion sensor is included in unit without a reflector, mount motion sensor to edge of circular housing with hardware included as shown. If a motion sensor is included in unit without a reflector, mount motion sensor to edge of circular housing with hardware included as shown. If a motion sensor is included in unit with a reflector, position sensor mount strip with two (2) studs into clamp ring before securing clamp ring to reflector. Then secure sensor mounting hardware to studs protruding from clamp ring.
