SIMPLE BUILD INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR NEW FROG BIKE
The instructions below will aid you in the final set up process of your new Frog bike.
Please follow carefully to get the most enjoyment out of the bike.
RIDING SAFETY
Always use a helmet which meets the latest certification standards when riding the bike!

PEDAL TO CRANK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Pedals are marked “L” & “R” for, Left & Right, either on the end of the threaded shaft or on a sticker.
Take care when fitting as the pedal and crank arm will cross-thread if the rong pedal is used.
Drive-side (Chain-side): hold the “R” pedal and turn the threaded shaft Clockwise to tighten. 
Non Drive-side: hold the “L” pedal & turn the threaded shaft Anti-Clockwise to tighten.
HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
Loosen the two hexagonal head screws on both sides of the stem with the 5mm Allen key.
Align the handlebar 90° to the frame so it’s straight.
Ensure forks are orentated in the right direction.
Tighten the two hexagonal screws on the stem with the 5mm Allen key.
BRAKE OPERATION
Check the operation of the brakes before allowing the child to ride the bike.
The brakes should feel firm and not pull to the bar.
Finite adjustments can be made with the barrel adjusted on the brake lever.
