Product Information

The product is a meat mincer manufactured by Varimixer A/S in
Denmark. It conforms to safety and hygiene requirements and comes
with an original user manual dated 25/11/2022. The recommended
working speed is approximately 30% of the maximum speed of the
mixer. The meat mincer is suitable for mincing all kinds of meat
and mashing boiled vegetables. The parts are dishwasher proof and
should be lubricated with paraffin oil for maintenance.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Assembly of Meat Mincer: Place the feed screw
    (C) in the housing (A). Place the knife (D) and the disc (E) on the
    shaft of the feed screw. Make sure the cutting edge of the knife
    faces the disc. Mount the ring (F) and tighten it by hand. Do not
    use a tool to tighten the ring. Mount the meat mincer in the
    attachment engagement hub (G) of the mixer. Press it entirely into
    the attachment engagement hub before tightening the thumb screw
    (H). Place the meat tray (I) in the meat mincer, and ready the
    plunger (J). Always use the plunger for safety reasons when working
    with the meat mincer.
  2. Use of Meat Mincer: Cut the food to be
    prepared in the meat mincer into pieces of approximately 3 x 3 cm.
    During standstill conditions, take out the mains supply plug of the
    mixer before inspection of the meat mincer. Let the mixer run at
    approximately 30% of its maximum speed when using the meat mincer.

  3. Cleaning: After use, disassemble and clean all
    parts. All parts are dishwasher proof.
  4. Lubrication and Maintenance: At regular
    intervals, lubricate the shaft of the feed screw and the thread of
    the housing with paraffin oil. Never use cooking oil for
    lubrication. The knife and disc will be worn after some time. If
    various discs are used, it is recommended also to have several
    knives, and then use knives and discs in sets. Wear on the knife
    and the disc must not be more than 2 mm in total. The thickness of
    the disc must be 5 mm as a minimum, and the height of cutting edge
    of the knife must be 9.5 mm as a minimum. If measures A and B are
    not kept, it will cause damage to the mixer, as the friction of the
    meat mincer is increased when the knife is worn.

Samling af kødhakker:
Sneglen (C) sættes i hakkehuset (A). Kniv (D) og hulskive (E) sættes på sneglens aksel.
OBS: knivens skær skal vende ind mod hulskiven Omløberen (F) monteres, og strammes til med hånden.
Brug aldrig værktøj for at stramme omløberen.

altid bruges, når der arbej des med kødhakkeren!

Brug af kødhakkeren:
Kødhakkeren er velegnet til hakning af al slags kød og purering af kogte grøntsager.
Fødevarer, der skal bearbejdes i kødhakkeren, skal være skåret i passende stykker på ca. 3 x 3 cm.

Ved driftsstop skal mixerens netstik trækkes ud, inden kødhakkeren inspiceres.
Anbefalet arbejdshastighed:
Det anbefales at lade mixeren køre med ca. 30% af maksimal hastighed, når kødhakkeren bruges.

Rengøring:
Efter brug adskilles kødhakkeren og rengøres. Alle dele kan rengøres i opvaskemaskine.

Smøres med paraffinolie

Smøring og vedligehold:

Med mellemrum smøres sneglens aksel og gevindet på hakkehuset med f.eks paraffinolie – ikke madolie.

lige hulskiver anbefales det også at have flere knive og så bruge kniv og hulskive sætvis.

Sliddet på kniv og hulskive må ikke være mere end 2 mm tilsammen.

A. Hulskiven skal være mindst 5 mm tyk.

B. Knivens skær skal være mindst 9,5 mm højt.
Overholdes målene A og B ikke, kan det forårsage skade på mixeren, da friktionen
i kødhakkeren øges, når kniven er slidt.

Assembly of meat mincer:
Place the feed screw (C) in the housing (A). Place the knife (D) and the disc (E) on the shaft of the feed screw.
NB: The cutting edge to be facing the disc. Mount the ring (F) and tighten it by hand.
Never use a tool to tighten the ring.

Mounting on mixer:
Mount the meat mincer in the at-

the mixer.

The meat mincer shall be pressed

entirely into the attachment enga-

gement hub before tightening the

thumb screw (H).

Place the meat tray (I) in the meat

mincer, and ready the plunger (J).

NB:

For safety reasons always use the plunger (J) when working
with the meat mincer.

Use of the meat mincer:
The meat mincer is suitable for mincing of all kinds of meat as well as mashing of boiled vegetables.
Food to be prepared in the meat mincer must be cut into pieces of approx. 3 x 3 cm.

It is recommended to let the mixer run at approx. 30% of its maximum speed when using the meat mincer.

After use the meat mincer is disassembled and cleaned. All parts are dishwasher proof.

Zusammenbau des Fleischwolfes:
Die Schnecke (C) ins Gehäuse (A) setzen. Messer (D) und Lochscheibe (E) auf die Welle der Schnecke setzen.
NB: Die Schneide des Messers muss gegen die Lochscheibe liegen.
Die Überwurfmutter (F) montieren und mit der Hand anschrauben.
Werkzeug darf nie gebraucht werden, um die Überwurfmut
ter anzuschrauben.

MontageaufderRührmaschine: J
Den Fleischwolf in den Aufsteckflansch (G) der Maschine montieren. Der Fleischwolf soll in den Aufsteckflansch eingedrückt werden, bevor die Fingerschraube (H) angeschraubt wird. Die Fleischschale (H) auf den Fleischwolf setzen, und den Stöpsel (J) bereit legen.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen im mer den mitgelieferten Stöpsel
(J) anwenden, wenn mit dem Fleischwolf gearbeitet wird.

Anwendung des Fleischwolfes:
Der Fleischwolf ist sehr geeignet, alle Arten von Fleisch zu hacken sowie Püree von gekochtem Gemüse zu machen.
Lebensmittel, die im Fleischwolf bearbeitet werden sollen, müssen in Stücken von etwa 3 x 3 cm geschnitten sein.

Bei Betriebsstopp den Netzstecker der Maschine bevor Inspektion des Fleischwolfes ziehen.

Empfohlene Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit:
Es wird empfohlen, die Rührmaschine in etwa 30% der Höchstge schwindigkeit laufen zu lassen, wenn der Fleischwolf in Gebrauch ist.
Siehe auch Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine, den Abschnitt: Anschluss von Zubehör.

Reinigung:
Nach Gebrauch den Fleischwolf zerlegen und reinigen. Alle Teile sind spülmaschinenfest.

Mit Paraffinöl schmieren

Schmierung und Wartung:

Die Welle der Schnecke sowie das Gewinde des Gehäuses sollen regelmäßig mit z.B. Paraffinöl – nicht Salatöl – geschmiert werden.

Messer und Lochscheibe werden in Gebrauch abgenutzt.

Falls verschiedene Lochscheiben angewendet werden,

ist es empfohlen, auch mehr Messer zu haben, und dann Messer und Lochscheibe satzweise anzuwenden.

Der Verschleiß auf Messer und Lochscheibe darf nicht mehr als 2 mm insgesamt sein.

A. Die Lochscheibe soll mindestens 5 mm dick sein.

B. Die Schneide des Messers soll mindestens 9,5 mm hoch sein.

Falls die Masse A und B nicht eingehalten werden, kann die Maschine beschädigt wer
den, da die Friktion im Fleischwolf erhöht wird, wenn das Messer abgenutzt ist.
