Product Usage Instructions

Fan Assembly

1. Remove the packaging.

2. Motor assembly:

Install the rear fan grille (6) on the motor shaft (7) and
securely fasten the rear grille support nut (5).
Fit the blades (4) and fasten the blades support nut (3).
CAUTION: The blade support nut bolts counterclockwise.
Place the grilles’ wreath (1) without screwing in. Make sure
the screw is at the bottom.
Install the front fan grille (2) and tighten the wreath’s
screw.

Standing Fan Assembly

1. Place the support tube (14) at the reception of the base (15)
and tighten securely the nut at the bottom of the base.

2. Place the height adjustment (12) and tighten at the desired
height.

3. Insert the upper part of the fan at the support tube (14) and
screw tightly the support screw.

If the appliance does get wet, immediately remove the power cord from the wall outlet and do not put your hands in the water. Never run the wet appliance and contact one of the authorized BENRUBI service centers. CAUTION: To prevent injury, do not place foreign objects, pencils, etc. through the grills when the appliance is plugged in or when it is in operation. CAUTION: To avoid injury, do not put your fingers through the grilles when the appliance is plugged in or when it is in operation. · Leave plenty of free space around the appliance so that you do not block the grilles and the fan movement. · Do not let the power cord of the appliance hang over the edge of a table or bench edge or where a child can grab it. Do not allow the power cord to touch any warm surface. · Ensure that the power cord is not clamped from any object, e.g. furniture. Do not press the power cord and never place it under carpets or mats where there is a risk of stepping on it. Fan Assembly Remove the packaging. Motor assembly
1. Install the rear fan grille (6) on the motor shaft (7) and securely fasten the rear grille support nut (5). 2. Fit the blades (4) and fasten the blades support nut (3). CAUTION: The blade support nut bolts counterclockwise. 3. Place the grilles’ wreath (1) without screwing in. Make sure the screw is at the bottom. 4. Using the Fan
CAUTION: · Before using, make sure that all parts of the device are properly assembled and that there are no parts that have been damaged. · Always place the device on a flat, dry and stable surface. There is a risk of damage if it is not installed on a flat and level surface.
1. Plug in the appliance. 2. Press the “ON/SPEED” button (20) or the “ON/SPEED” button (29) on the remote control. 3. Select the desired speed by pressing consecutively the “ON/SPEED” button (20) or the “ON/SPEED” button (29) on the remote control. The speed indicator lights (23, 24, 25) will turn on. The fan has 3 speed options: LOW – Low speed MID – Medium speed HIGH – High speed 4. Set the mode (oscillating or static) by pressing the “SWING” button (18) or the “SWING” button (31) on the remote control. The “SWING” indicator light (22) will turn on for oscillation or will turn of for static. 5. Adjust the desired angle by moving the head up or down respectively. 6. Press the “MODE” button (33) on the remote control to select the function of your choice. The fan has 3 functions: NORM (NORMAL): The fan runs normally at the speed you have selected. The “NORM” indicator (28) is on. NAT (NATURE): The fan will start operating normally, then stop for a few seconds and then continue operating normally. The “NAT” indicator (27) is on. SLP (SLEEP): The fan will increase and decrease the speed consecutively. The “SLP” indicator (26) is on. Note: Functions can only be set by the remote control. 7. Press the “OFF” button (17) or the “OFF” button (30) on the remote control to stop the operation. 8. Disconnect from the power outlet when not in use.
Timer Setting
Timer setting (control panel)
1. While the fan is on, press consecutive the “TIMER” button (19) until the desired time is selected and the corresponding indicator lights (21) illuminate on the control panel. The timer settings range from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours (with a 30-minute setting). 2. When the time you set is complete, the fan will stop working automatically. 3. Unplug when not using the fan.
Timer setting (remote control)
1. When the fan is on, press consecutively the “TIMER” button (32) until the desired time is selected and the corresponding indicator lights (21) illuminate on the control panel. The timer settings range from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours (with a 30-minute setting). 2. When the time you set is complete, the fan will stop working automatically. 3. Unplug when not using the fan.

Note: If you want to stop the timer earlier than the selected time, press consecutively the “TIMER” button (19) on the control panel or the “TIMER” button (32) on the remote control until all the indicator lights (21) turn off.
Care and Cleaning
· Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. · Do not disassemble the fan to clean it.
· At regular intervals, clean the main body of the appliance with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly. · Never use highly corrosive or abstractive cleaning agents. Never use metal brushes or sponges for cleaning and do not immerse the appliance in water. · To ensure that the air circulates properly on the motor, keep the air outlets at the rear of the motor clean.
Storage
· Switch off and unplug the appliance before storing it. · Store the appliance in a dry place without humidity. · Before using the appliance for a long time, make sure it is clean and dry. · Store the appliance where it is not reachable by children.

· The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear, breakage, scaling, improper installation or maintenance of the product, mishandling, abnormal working conditions, failure to implement the instructions, conversion or repair of the product by an unauthorized technician who does not belong to the BENRUBI Service Centers.
Also, the warranty does not cover the following indicative factors: · Stains, discoloration or scratches. · Burns due to exposure to heat or flame. · Damage from thermal shock (sudden temperature change or change of voltage).
