Product Information: ONE PIECE SINGLE-FLUSH TOILET
The ONE PIECE SINGLE-FLUSH TOILET has a model number of 81276.
The package contents include the toilet, a wax ring/gasket, and
floor mounting hardware. Tools and materials required for
installation include a water supply kit, adjustable wrench, level,
tape measure, and putty knife. The toilet has a fill valve and a
flush valve that can be adjusted for better performance if needed.
The product also comes with a warranty.
Product Usage Instructions:
Before Installation:
- Ensure that the minimum distance between the finished wall and
center of the floor drain is 12 inches. - Ensure that the minimum distance between the center of the
shut-off valve and the center of the drain is 8-1/2 inches.
Installation:
- Install new floor bolts into floor flange.
- Attach a flexible water supply line (not included) to the inlet
of the fill valve and hand tighten ONLY. Do NOT connect to the
water shutoff valve yet. - Place the new wax ring around the waste flange of the toilet
bowl. - Lower the toilet onto the closet bolts so that the bolts
project through mounting holes in the base of the toilet. Using a
rocking motion, press the bowl down to position the toilet onto the
flange. - Install plastic cap washers, followed by metal washers, nuts,
and plastic caps onto the closet bolts. Tighten the bolts
alternately until the toilet is firmly seated on the floor. DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN NUTS, SEVERE DAMAGE MAY OCCUR. - Connect the flexible water supply line (not included) to the
shut-off valve. Tighten the coupling nut securely. - Turn on the water supply valve and allow the tank to fill until
the float valve rises to the shutoff position. Check for leakage at
fittings, tighten or correct as needed.
Troubleshooting:
- If there is not enough flushing power, try lengthening the
actuator rods located under the tank lid. If water starts leaking
from tank to bowl, the actuator rods are adjusted too long.
Alternatively, try adjusting the fill valve or flush valve to a
higher level. - If water keeps leaking from tank to bowl, try removing the tank
lid. If the leaking stops, try shortening the actuator rods located
under the tank lid. Alternatively, try cleaning the seat and seal
under the flush valve. Turn the flush valve approx. 45 degrees
clockwise to lift the flush valve body up. Clean the seat and seal
and put it back.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

Please inspect carefully on receipt of merchandise, noting any discrepancy or damage on the carrier’s freight bill at that time, and file a claim with the carrier within 10 days from receipt of order. Then contact our office. Deductions from invoices for shortages or damage claims will not be allowed. RETURN NEW GOODS All claims for returns or adjustments must have prior approval and return authorization (RA) number. Only original, sealed product in salable condition are eligible for return. Credit for authorized returns will be issued at the net price paid for the product and subject to a 15% restocking/handling fee. Merchandise is to be returned via prepaid freight.
