ELECTRIC SHARPENING

  1. Power on the sharpener.
    • MODEL E2:

    • MODEL E2P:
      • Press SHARP to sharpen knives.
      • Press SHARP to restore extremely dull knives.

  3. Pull through slowly.WORK-SHARP-E2-Electric-Culinary-Kitchen-Knife-Sharpener-fig-3

MANUAL SHARPENING

  2. With gentle downward pressure, slide the knife back and forth along the full length of the blade 10 times.WORK-SHARP-E2-Electric-Culinary-Kitchen-Knife-Sharpener-fig-6

REMOVING/CHANGING ANGLE GUIDE

Remove the guide to sharpen scissors, change abrasives, or attach the Pocket Knife Guide included with Model E2P.WORK-SHARP-E2-Electric-Culinary-Kitchen-Knife-Sharpener-fig-7

CHANGING ABRASIVES

First, remove the guide and open the top cover. Remove the O-ring and unscrew the fastener holding the abrasive in place. Abrasives are reversible. After each use, wipe the inside & outside of your sharpener with a dry cloth to remove any grinding dust that may have accumulated.WORK-SHARP-E2-Electric-Culinary-Kitchen-Knife-Sharpener-fig-8

SHARPEN SCISSORS

Remove the guide. Set the sharpener to the lowest speed. Rest the blade on the scissor guide and pull thru slowly. Repeat 2-5 times per side.WORK-SHARP-E2-Electric-Culinary-Kitchen-Knife-Sharpener-fig-9

SHARPEN SERRATIONS
