1. Flip the assembled Tray:

   Refer to the RRSTUNI Fitment Guide and flip the assembled Tray
   so that the bottom faces up.

2. Insert Hex Bolts:

   Insert four M8x16 Hex Bolts into the Slats machined slots as
   shown in Figure 1.1.

3. Assemble Grab On Feet:

   Loosely assemble the four Grab On Feet onto the slats indicated
   in step 2.1 using M8 Flat Washers and M8 Nyloc Nuts. Refer to the
   GOFR001 fitment guide for assistance.

4. Remove Front Covers:

   Loosen the two M5x10 Button Head Screws and remove the Front
   Covers from all the Base Feet.

5. Fit Inner and Outer Grips:

   Loosely fit one Inner Grip and one Outer Grip to each Grab On
   Foot using a M6 Cap Screw, M6 Spring Washer, and M6 x 20 x 2 Flat
   Washer.

4. Install Wind Deflector:

   Make sure the wind deflector is installed before proceeding to
   the next step.

5. Position and Tighten:

   Place the Tray on the vehicle, positioning all the feet on top
   of the roof rails. Center the Rack left to right. Fully tighten all
   the M6x50 Cap Screws to secure the Feet onto the rails. Use a
   torque of 6Nm / 4.43ft lb. Fully tighten all foot fasteners fitted
   in step 2.2 with a torque of 20Nm / 15ft lb. Ensure there is no
   movement on the rack after fully tightening all the fasteners.

6. Refit Front Cover Plates:

   Refit the Front Cover Plates to the Base Feet.

7. Install Other Vehicle and Rack
   Accessories:

   Visit your favorite Front Runner Dealer, either in person or
   online, to install other vehicle and rack accessories.

Front Runner Rack Kits often have a higher load rating than the
vehicles they are mounted to. Please refer to your specific vehicle
manufacturer for a recommended roof rating. Front Runner cannot be
responsible for improper loading beyond the vehicle manufacturer’s
stated load capacity.

Don’t be a hero and muscle through this installation without reading these fitting instructions first! Improper installation of this gear may void certain aspects of your warranty. Before you begin, take a moment and open all your Front Runner rack kit boxes and gather the assembly instructions for the various components.
A complete kit will contain: 1. A Front Runner Mounting System specific to your vehicle 2. A Front Runner Rack Tray or Load Bar Slats
This document will guide you through the assembly of the mounting system and assist you in fitting the roof rack tray or load bars to your specific vehicle. Please refer to the next page for a list of all the components, quantities and tools required.

Place your Tray on the vehicle positioning all the feet so that they rest on top of the roof rails. Center the Rack left to right. Fully tighten all the M6x50 Cap Screws to secure the Feet onto the rails.
Tightening Torque 6Nm / 4.43ft lb Fully tighten all foot fasteners fitted in 2.2
Tightening Torque 20Nm / 15ft lb
Make sure there is no movement on the rack after fully tightening all the fasteners.
Refit the Front Cover Plates.

Center the rack and tighten fully. Finish off by placing M8 Nut Caps over the M8 Nyloc Nuts.
