The Thule Awning Adapter Ford Tourneo / Transit Custom Thule
4200 is a product designed for Ford Transit Custom and Tourneo
Custom vehicles. It is compatible with models L1H1 (Left-Hand Drive
and Right-Hand Drive) from the year 2013 onwards. The adapter is
specifically designed for use with the Thule 4200 awning, which has
dimensions of 2.60m (width) x 4.97m (length) x 2.36m (height).

- M6 x 16 DIN 603 A2 – 4 pieces
- M6 DIN 985 A2 – 6 pieces
- M6 x 16 mm DIN 965 – TX30 A2 – 2 pieces
- M6 x 20 DIN 7985 – TX30 A2 – 8 pieces
- M6 Nut cap – 6 pieces
- 4.2 x 16 DIN 7504N – TX20 A2 – 4 pieces
Tools Required:
- Sika Activator Anti-Corrosion P120
- TX20 and TX30 screwdriver bits
Product Usage Instructions:
- Apply Sika Activator Anti-Corrosion P120 to the installation
area. - Attach the adapter to the vehicle using the provided screws and
nuts according to the fit guide for your specific vehicle model
(LHD or RHD). - Ensure all screws are tightened to a torque of 6 Nm using a
TX30 screwdriver bit. - Install the Thule 4200 awning onto the adapter using the
provided screws and nuts. - Tighten all screws on the awning to a torque of 6 Nm using a
TX30 screwdriver bit. - Verify that the installation is secure and the awning is
properly attached.
