APPLICATION
Adapter set for the installation of the Thule Omnistor 5002 awning to the Laika series X camper.
CONTENTS OF THE INSTALLATION KIT FOR THE ADAPTER SET

MOUNTING OF THE ADAPTER SET
- Stick the rubber strips onto the rear of the adapter plate. See fig. 1.
- Assemble the adapters according to fig. 2.
- Position the adapter plates according to fig. 5 and mark the position on the roof border.
- Put SiKA 252 glue on the roof border, there where it comes in contact with the adapters. First remove the grease from
the roof border with SiKA activator. - Set the adapter plates so the adapters are in line with each other.
- FIxation of the adapter plates.
Drill ø 5 mm holes. Put SIKA 221 or no-acid Silicone paste into the holes. Fix the profile with the screws. See fig. 5 - Hook the awning onto the adapters.
- Fix the awning with 4.2xl6 screws from the Thule Omnistor 5002 installation kit. If necessary, drill 3 mm holes first. See fig.6.
REMARKS
- If the awning is hooked onto the adapter plates before the glue is dry, you should leave the awning open for t 5 cm in
order to avoid torsion. - In order not to damage the vehicle wall, never roll out the awning completely without getting the Support arms out.
- Check the fixation of the adapter to the vehicle on a regular basis.
