3. Technical information
3.1. Overview
This machine is a fully automatic floor scrubber machine, which can be cleaned in residential or industrial environments, and can be self-activated to wash and dry the floor.The floor scrubber can automatically distribute detergent and clean water to the floor to clean and remove dirt.Choose the right cleaner and scrub brush.The machine has built-in water cleaning tank and sewage tank, which can complete the function of water absorption while washing the ground. The working principle of water absorption function is to use the water absorption motor installed in the sewage tank to form a vacuum water absorption device, and absorb the sewage on the ground and recycle it into the sewage tank through water absorption.

5 Operation and installation
5.1. Transportation and lifting of machines (including packaging)
Important Note
During the lifting operation, the machine must be fixed safely to avoid the accident of turning over or falling.When using forklifts to transport machinery, it must be carried out in a well-lit environment.
The machine is fixed to the wooden floor by the manufacturer when leaving the factory. It must be loaded onto the transport vehicle with appropriate equipment (see EC Directive 89/392 and additional documents).Upon arrival at the destination, the equipment must be loaded and unloaded using the same machine. The absorbent pick of the machine is packed with plastic protective film.When using a forklift to move the machine, it must be operated together with the packing.During operation, care should be taken to avoid machine collision and overturning.
5.2. Inspection of transportation process
When receiving the machine, please check whether the machine and packing are damaged during transit.If any damage is found to the machine or packaging, please inform the shipper and fill out a claim for compensation.
5.3. Remove the packing
Important Note
When unpacking the machine, the operator must be equipped with the necessary tools (gloves, goggles, etc.) to minimize the occurrence of accidents.
Please follow these steps to remove the machine: * Use scissors and pliers to cut open the plastic tape * Remove the carton * Remove the metal supports for fixing the machine from the wood floor according to the machine model * Push the machine backward from the wooden floor using a ramp plate * Remove packaging for brushes and water-absorbent pickles * Clean the surface of the machine according to safety rules * After removing the machine, the battery can be installed. If possible, please take care of the removed packaging materials so that the

5.4. The machine may be equipped with two types of batteries
AGM/Colloidal battery: this type of battery is maintenation-free. The parameters of the battery must be within the range specified in the technical specification of the machine. If the battery is too heavy, it will cause the machine to turn dangerously and the motor to overheat.If the battery capacity is too small, the machine will be charged more frequently. The battery must be kept charged regularly, the surface must be kept dry and clean, and the cable must be connected Make sure the connection is intact.

Battery model: The jumper switch for battery type setting is located behind the control panel (FIG. N), please move the jumper to make the appropriate setting (ACID wet battery /GEL maint-free battery) according to the battery type selected.

5.4.1. Battery: Preparation
! Danger
During the installation or maintenance of any battery, the operator must prepare the necessary equipment (e.g., gloves, goggles, protective clothing…Etc.);To prevent the risk of accidents, keep away from the flame, prevent the electrodes of the short-connected battery, prevent sparks and do not smoke. Under normal circumstances, randomly provided batteries are acid, ready to use;If the supplied battery is a battery without water (without acid), the following steps must be followed before installing the battery to the machine: * Open the battery cap and add an acidic electrolyte (density between 1.27 and 1.29 kg 25° C) to each battery unit, making sure that
the metal plates are fully immersed in the solution; * Leave it idle for 4-5 hours to make the acidic electrolyte fully react with the electrode plate; * Check that the solution level is still above the metal plate;If not, fill the solution to the level; * Put the cap on the electric bottle; * Install the battery to the machine (according to the instructions below). Before using the machine for the first time, please charge the
battery according to the following steps.
5.4.2. Battery: Installation and connection
! Danger
Check that all switches on the control panel are in the “0” (off) position. Make sure that the battery wire connection is marked with a “+” terminal connected to the positive pole of the battery. It is strictly prohibited to check the battery in the presence of sparks. Please follow these steps carefully. A short circuit in the battery can cause an explosion. 1) Please ensure that the water in both tanks is drained (if necessary, please drain according to the relevant section). 2) Turn the sewage tank backward and rotate to 90°. Expose the battery tank. 3) Place the battery in the battery box.
Important Note
Please make sure that the weight of the installed battery is suitable for your machine. 4) Connect the battery wire according to the wiring diagram (FIG. 11). 5) Place the sewage tank in its normal working position 6) Please use the machine according to the following guidelines.
5.5. Battery charger
Important Note Do not discharge batteries excessively, as this can cause permanent damage.
5.5.1. Battery charger Selection Please ensure that the battery charger matches the installed battery: *lead-acid battery with water: it is recommended to use automatic charger * according to charger manufacturers and manual to choose. * AGM/gel battery: it is recommended to use a dedicated charger.
5.5.2. Preparation of charger If you are using a charger that is not supplied at random, you must use the supplied connector to install it on the charger. Please follow these steps to install the connector: 1.from battery charger cables (red and black) to remove the protective layer about 13 mm respectively; 2.insert the wire into the connector terminal, and then use pliers clamp; 3.will terminal according to the polarity (red + black line -) installed to the connector. * Connect the charger connector to the charging connector of the machine
5.6. Transportation and lifting of machinery
Important Note
All operations must be performed in a well-lit environment and must follow all safety guidelines.Operators must wear safety protective clothing. To pack and ship the machine, follow these steps: 1. Drain the two water tanks; 2. Remove absorbent gripper and brush (or baijie mat); 3. Remove the battery; 4. Place the machine on the wooden floor and fix it with metal bracket and packing belt; 5. Use the forklift to load the wooden floor (including the machine) onto the transport vehicle; 6. Fasten the machine and the wooden floor to the vehicle using the seat belt.

6.2. Installation and adjustment of squeegee
Squeegee (FIG. 3) is used to drain sewage from the ground. Please follow the steps below to install water absorption gripper:
1) Please make sure the squeegee (FIG. 3) is in a reduced state. Put the water absorption gripper down.
2) Install the squeegee on the bracket (FIG.3)
3) Tighten the two fixed knobs (FIG.3)
4) Insert the suction pipe (As shown in FIG. 3) completely into the squeegee;Suction hose strips can scrape water and detergent
off the floor.In order to make water absorption effect more perfect, after a period of time, long-term friction with the ground will
make the edge of the rubber strip become blunt and become split, affect the effect of water absorption, so it is necessary to
replace the water absorption strip.Water suction strip must be checked frequently.

6.3. Installation and replacement of brushes/discs
Important Note It is strictly prohibited for the machine to work without a brush or needle tray.
Automatically install brush (or pin tray) 1. Push the floor brush or pin tray toward the center of the brush until the floor brush or pin tray is placed in the center
of the brush (FIG.10); 2. Press the brush installation and unloading button (control panel, Figure 15), and the floor brush will be installed
automatically.Press only once to execute the brush loading action;Or use the brush mounting plate to position the brush for installation, as shown in the figure below

6.4. Detergent-How to use it
Important Note
Dilute the detergent according to the manufacturer’s instructions, do not use bleach and oxidants (especially the high-concentration type), do not use fluxes and hydrocarbons,
do not use the detergent at a temperature beyond the specified range, do not contain sand and impurities.
This machine can only use low-foam cleaners specially designed for floor cleaners. Please contact the manufacturer for the latest and full detergent information.Please select the appropriate cleaner according to the condition of the floor and dirt. Please use the cleaner according to the relevant safe hand.
6.5. Preparation before work
Important Note
Before the machine starts to work, please wear protective clothing, hats, boots and so on according to the working environment, and wear mask to protect the respiratory system according to the advice of the detergent supplier
Please check the machine according to the following steps before work: 1. Check the battery power. If the battery is low, please charge it first; 2. Check whether the sewage tank (FIG. 3) is empty.If there is sewage, please drain it. 3. Add clean water and low-foam cleaner in proportion to the inlet on the left of the clean water tank (FIG. 2).Do not over fill the water,
and keep the water above 5 cm from the water inlet; 4. Select and install suitable brushes and clean pads according to the ground environment. 5. Please ensure that the suction hose is properly connected to the suction hose (FIG. 3) and the suction hose is in good condition.

If it is the first time for the operator to use the machine, please train in a wide space to use the machine. Please drain the water from the sewage tank before adding water to it.
In order to achieve the best cleaning effect and the longest service life of the machine, please use the machine according to the following simple rules: 1. Please tidy up your work area first and remove as many obstructions as possible. 2. Please try to work in less time so that the ground will not be contaminated again. 3. When cleaning, the machine should run as straight as possible 4. The large area to be cleaned is divided into several rectangular areas and cleaned separately. If necessary, use a mop or cloth to
clean corners.
6.6. Machine working Machine startup Prepare the machine as described below.
1. Turn the key switch (FIG. 1) to the “ON” position without stepping ON the accelerator pedal (FIG. 1), and check the battery power through the display (control panel).If the battery is low, turn the key switch back to the “OFF” position to charge the battery (see Chapter 8).
2. Use the shift switch (control panel) to select the walking direction of the machine. 3. Turn the steering wheel by hand and press down the accelerator pedal (FIG. 1), and the machine starts to move.

The seat (FIG. 1) is equipped with two safety induction switches that enable the machine to walk only when the operator is seated.

Start to work, control the steering wheel by hand, use the shift switch of the walking direction of the machine (FIG. 1) to select the walking direction, and then press the accelerator pedal (FIG. 1) to walk.
Important Note To prevent ground wear, avoid using brushes in situ.
Stop of machine
1. Release the foot pedal (FIG. 1). The machine is equipped with the electromagnetic brake system. When the foot pedal is fully released (FIG. 1), the electromagnetic brake braking will automatically take effect. Close the one-click start button to raise the brush lever and stop the main brush.
2. Turn the key switch (FIG. 1) to the “OFF” position.
Important Note Every time you need to add water to the water tank, please drain the water tank first.

Operators should wear appropriate protective clothing.
When the sewage tank is full, the indicator light goes on (control panel).1) After a few seconds, the suction machine will automatically cut off the power. You must stop working and drain the sewage tank.
Sewage tank drainage: 1.Drive the machine to a position where drainage can be performed 2. Release the foot pedal (FIG. 1) and stop the machine 3. Use a drain pipe (FIG. 3) to discharge sewage.
Clear water tank drainage: 4. First, execute according to point 1-3. 5. Unscrew the drain cap (FIG.7) and drain out all the clean water after finishing the work every day.
Important Note
When cleaning the sewage tank, do not take out the filter (FIG. 7) and do not shoot directly at the filter with water.Now you can get back to work.
To push or drag a machine: When the machine fails or runs out of power and cannot walk, in order to push or drag the machine, the electronic brake control
lever on the walking wheel must be tightened (Figure 6), and the control lever must be relaxed after the drag line is completed.
Important Note
If the brake switch (FIG. 6) is not relaxed, the electronic brake system will fail. When the electronic brake system fails, it is strictly prohibited to
operate the machine.When the machine needs to be pushed or dragged, the brake switch needs to be operated (FIG.6).
7 The machine stopped running for a long time
If the machine is not in use within a long period of time, remove the squeegee and brush (pin tray), clean the machine and accessories, and store them in a dry place (preferably in a sealed plastic container).In addition, please ensure that the sewage and water tank inside clean.Battery model: Before the machine stops using for a long time, please fully charge the battery and then store it.During storage, the battery should be charged at least once every two months to prevent damage to the battery.
Important Note Batteries may be permanently damaged if they are not periodically charged.
8 Battery maintenance and charging

During the installation or maintenance of any type of battery, the operator must prepare the necessary equipment (e.g., gloves, goggles, protective clothing…Etc.);To prevent the risk of accidents, keep away from the flame, do not short connect the battery electrode, do not generate sparks and do not smoke, and do not charge in a ventilated environment.

9 Machine maintenance instruction

Be sure to disconnect the machine’s main power supply before performing any maintenance.Maintenance of all electrical parts must be carried out by certified and trained professionals and must comply with safety rules and instructions.
9.1. Maintenance – Overview

According to the manufacturer’s guidelines for routine maintenance to help the machine to obtain the best performance and prolong the life of the machine each cleaning machine please follow the following steps:
1. Use water spraying device carefully. Water spraying device may easily allow water to enter circuit board and motor, resulting in short circuit or machine damage.
2. Do not use fluxes and hydrocarbons, which may cause damage to rubber parts.
9.2. Routine maintenance
9.2.1 Filter screen and float ball sensor of water absorption motor: clean 1. Open the upper cover of the water tank on the sewage tank (FIG. 7); 2. Drain the sewage from the sewage tank; 3. Take out the filter;
4. Clean the filter screen with clean water or detergent; 5. Reinstall the filter. 6. Close the lid of the sewage tank.
9.2.2 Clean water tank filter: Clean 1. Close the outlet valve before cleaning the filter (FIG. 9). 2. Screw out the outer cover of the filter (FIG. 8); 3. Pull down the filter;
4. Clean the filter screen with clean water or detergent; 5. Reinstall the filter on the bracket 6. Reinstall the filter cover
9.2.3 Water absorption scraping tape: Water absorbent tape is installed on the water absorbent pick, used to stick to the ground to recover sewage and detergent.After using for a period of time, the rubber strip will wear because of friction, thus affecting the water absorption effect, so please check the condition of the rubber strip frequently.
Flip or replace the adhesive tape:
1. Unscrew the two fixed knobs (FIG. 3 Position of water absorption gripper) and remove the water absorption gripper from the bracket
2. Remove the vacuum tube from the suction scraper (FIG. 3, vacuum tube);
3. Remove left and right retaining nuts 4. Remove the adhesive tape retaining clip 5. Remove the tape 6. Turn over the rubber strip until the four sides of the rubber strip are
worn away, or replace the new rubber strip; 7. Reinstall the adhesive tape retaining clip and retaining nut
9.3. Periodic maintenance
9.3.1. Daily maintenance After each day’s working, please follow the following guidelines for maintenance: 1. Drain the sewage from the sewage tank; 2. Clean and check the condition of the water-absorbing strip, and replace it if necessary. 3. Check whether the suction outlet of the suction grill is blocked. If necessary, please clear the blockage; 4. Charge the battery according to the instructions.
9.3.2. Weekly maintenance
Clean the sewage tank and switch the ball float to ensure the normal operation; 1. Clean the filter of water absorption motor and check whether there is damage;Please replace it if necessary. 2.
