Introduction
Welcome! Thank you for purchasing the KonneKT 6 IOBT-WP Network Wall Input Plate. In conjunction with DM Designer programming and control software, the 6 IOBT-WP panel provides balanced analogue audio inputs and outputs for digital audio networks.

Front Panel
1. BLUETOOTH Use this Bluetooth button to pair the wall plate with external Bluetooth devices for wireless audio transmission. The Bluetooth connection can transmit both ingoing and outgoing stereo audio signals.
2. STATUS LED This LED strip lights up to indicate status and network ID.
3. AUDIO INPUT This section contains dual analogue inputs: dual RCA jacks and a
3.5 mm TRS jack. The RCA jacks accept connections from external audio devices via unbalanced cables with RCA connectors. The 3.5 mm TRS jack accepts analogue signals from external audio sources via a single connection.
4. AUDIO OUTPUT Use this 3.5 mm TRS jack to send out line-level analogue signals for external devices.
Bluetooth
KonneKT 6 IOBT-WP has two pairing modes for Bluetooth: Manual Mode and Reconnect Mode. Reconnect Mode keeps a running 10-device list of previously-paired devices, and the Bluetooth circuit will reconnect automatically. Manual Mode eliminates automatic reconnect and pairing history for situations where casual users in public venues have access. You can choose the pairing mode in the DM Designer software.
To pair in Manual Mode:
- Press the Bluetooth button on the front panel once.
- The pairing period lasts 60 seconds, during which the blue status indicator will flash.
- In your external device’s Bluetooth menu, select KonneKT 6 IOBT-WP (the specific name can be customized in the DM Designer software) from the list of available devices.
- When pairing is successful, the LED will stop flashing and stay lit.
- To disconnect, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds. The status LED will turn off, and the connection will reset.
In Reconnect Mode, the initial pairing process is the same, and then you can pair by simply selecting the KonneKT 6 IOBT-WP device name in your device’s Bluetooth menu. Reconnect Mode maintains a list of 10 recent devices for quick reconnection. If the list is already full, a random device from the list will be removed to make space for the new device.
Assembly and Mounting
The KonneKT 6 IOBT-WP fastens into the installation enclosure with two screws beneath the
front plate. Remove the front panel and fasten the main unit into the enclosure with the provided mounting screws. When the unit is securely fastened, replace the front panel.
