Prepare tools (for 3000W 24VDC 120VAC inverter):
Battery system: 200AH 24V (recommended to use a battery system of not less than 200A) Cables: 4 Cables (2Red 2 Blue or 2 Black, provided by the manufacturer)
Installation steps
- Confirm the positive and negative poles of the battery, install the cables and tighten the screws.
- Find the positive and negative poles of the inverter input terminals, install the cables and tighten them. Red: positive, black: negative.If 4 cables come with the inverter, pls use the all
- Use a multimeter to confirm the inverter input voltage.Make sure the voltage reaches about 24V before turning on the inverter.
- After turning on the inverter, confirm whether the LED display normally displays the input and output voltages.
Notes
- Please make sure your battery is fully charged to prevent the voltage from being too low and the inverter cannot be turned on.
- Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery and the inverter, do not connect them in reverse.
- Please tighten the screws not to loosen to prevent the current from being unstable.
- Please pay attention to the specification of the cable, it is recommended to use the cable provided by the manufacturer. There is a voltage drop between the battery and the inverter, and the thinner and longer the cable gauge, the greater the voltage drop.
- Our installation demonstration does not add load appliances, when using, please turn on the inverter first then turn on your loads.
