HOW TO CHANGE /REPLACE SEALS

Slender Seal for Lifting Surfaces

STEP 1 To change or replace your existing foam-rubber seal type A 1 that comes with your GRABO tool, gently remove the seal from the base of the GRABO vacuum suction cup. (Store the seal properly for future use if it is not damaged or worn out).STEP 2 Carefully press the Slender Seal attachment into the base of the GRABO’s vacuum suction cup. Ensure the Slender Seal attachment fits snugly and securely before use.

STEP 3 – Replacing a seal part Should the outer black foam seal of the Slender Seal system require replacement due to damage or wear and tear; remove the outer black foam seal and carefully press the replacement seal into place. Ensure the outer black foam seal fits snugly and securely before use.WARNING:
Slender Seal maximum lifting capability (with no safety margin) – 120kg
Slender Seal lifting capability with 2:1 safety factor – 60kg
