Should I wear my Axon eyewear all the time?
- This varies by customer. Some customers wear Axon eyewear only while they are in locations that typically aggravate light sensitivity and/or migraine. Others wear them all the time.
How long until they work?
- Many customers experience “relaxed” or “rested” eyes immediately. Others don’t notice relief until after wearing them for a longer period of time and realize their symptoms are less severe.
Can my frames be adjusted to fit better?
- If your local optician will not adjust the frames for you, you can adjust the frame yourself using a blow dryer or warm water. Heat the frame arm for about 30 seconds and then gently bend the frame to your desired shape.
What is your return policy?
- Non-prescription eyewear can be returned within 60 days after you receive the eyewear for a full refund.
- We cannot accept returns on send-in-your-frame orders, prescription glasses, contacts, or products too heavily damaged for resale.
- Prescriptions can be remade within 90 days of the original order date for 50% off the original price.
