Product Usage Instructions
- Read the installation manual thoroughly before starting the
installation process. Familiarize yourself with the tractor ROPS
and all the steps required for installation. - Prepare the installation brackets by removing them from the
brackets box along with the related hardware. Ensure that the nuts
used are not the nyloc nuts. - Remove the canopy from the canopy box and place it facing
inside up. Attach both cross brackets to the canopy. Make sure that
the foam strip is touching the inside surface of the canopy. - Lower the installation bracket assembly on the left side of
ROPS and use a magnetic level to ensure that the vertical edge of
the installation bracket is perpendicular to the ground. Tighten
the nuts, but do not over-tighten them as you will be taking this
assembly off soon. - Lift the canopy with the cross bracket already installed and
place it over the L-brackets that are already secured to the ROPS.
Ensure that the canopy is centered over the L-brackets. - Remove the installation bracket assembly and repeat the same
process for the right side L-bracket assembly to ROPS. - Secure the canopy cross bracket to the L-bracket slots using
M8-30 carriage bolt, iso-mount washer, flat washer, and M8 nut. Do
not over-tighten to squeeze the rubber iso-mounts.
Note: The installation bracket assembly allows for easy
installation and ensures even height of both L-brackets. Two sets
of holes are provided, use the one that best fits your application.
The canopy is designed for front leaning and rear leaning 3 ROPS as
well as 2 ROPS. We recommend two people lifting the canopy and
placing it over the L-brackets.
