- The direct guarantee has a duration of 3 months from the date of purchase recorded on your invoice or purchase receipt.
- Within the said warranty period, the arrangement is guaranteed for failures caused by electrical problems. Man-made problems such as disassembly, shock, immersion in water, connection to incorrect voltage, as well as those caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts and spare parts replacement is not included in the warranty.

How to connect GFH2100
Plug the 3.5mm plugs, green for audio and red for microphone into their respective ports. If necessary, use a 3.5 jack to MIC/headphone splitter cable.
To activate the LED on the headset, connect the USB plug into a USB port.
