SP0101B Low Pro Roof Rack
Product Information: Low Pro Roof Rack 144
The Low Pro Roof Rack 144 by Flatline Van Co is an aftermarket
accessory designed to be attached to your vehicle’s roof. It comes
with six crossbars and four rails and can accommodate different
ladders, solar panels, fans, tents, and other rooftop arrays. The
product package includes a sticker pack, installation guide, and
hardware pack (SP0101B).
Product Usage Instructions
- Before beginning the installation process, ensure you have the
necessary tools: 5/32 Allen key and 7/32 Allen key. - Check the package contents to make sure you have all the
required parts. - Begin by sliding half of the rail nuts into the passenger side
factory roof rail and half into the driver’s side rail. Then, space
out the rail nuts close to the final position in groups of
two. - Place the rails on the roof, starting with the rail with the
FVC badge on the driver’s side of the van in the rear location.
Loosely attach the side rails to the roof rails using the 3/8-16
button head screw and 3/8 spring lock washer, but do not tighten
all the way down. - Place the crossbars in the desired location and loosely bolt
the 1/4-20 flange head screws in place. You can mount crossbars in
the set pair of holes or place them in the slots for more freedom
of layout. - If installing the front fairing, bolt it to the crossbar first
and then attach that assembly to the roof rack. - Tighten all crossbar bolts using the 5/32 Allen key. Do not
over-tighten. - After installation, regularly inspect the product for wear and
damage to ensure safety.
Note: All Flatline Van Co products must be properly assembled
and secured before attaching to your vehicle. We recommend using a
professional installer if you have no mechanical experience or are
not thoroughly familiar with the installation procedures. The
responsibility is yours and must be taken seriously for everyone’s
safety.

SLIDE HALF OF THE RAIL NUTS INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE FACTORY ROOF
RAIL, AND HALF OF THEM INTO THE DRIVER SIDE RAIL.
2.
SPACE OUT THE RAIL NUTS CLOSE TO THE FINAL POSITION (GROUPS OF 2)
SEE FIGURE 1 FOR ROUGH REFERENCE DIMENSIONS.

BEGIN PLACING THE RAILS ON THE ROOF. THE RAIL WITH THE FVC BADGE
SHOULD GO ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE VAN IN THE REAR LOCATION. ALL
OF THE RAILS ARE UNIQUE TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT LADDERS AND
PLACEMENTS. START LOOSELY ATTACHING THE SIDE RAILS TO THE ROOF
RAILS USING THE 3/8-16 BUTTON HEAD SCREW & 3/8 SPRING LOCK WASHER,
BUT DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY DOWN.

PLACE YOUR CROSSBARS IN DESIRED LOCATION, LOOSELY BOLTING THE
1/4-20 FLANGE HEAD SCREWS IN PLACE.
NOTE- KEEP IN MIND THE LAYOUT OF YOUR ROOF TOP ARRAY
(SOLAR PANELS, FANS, TENTS, ETC.) YOU CAN MOUNT CROSSBARS
IN THE SET PAIR OF HOLES (SEE FIGURE 4), OR YOU CAN PLACE
THEM IN THE SLOTS WHICH PROVIDES YOU MORE FREEDOM OF
LAYOUT.

TIGHTEN ALL CROSSBAR BOLTS USING THE 5/32 ALLEN KEY (SEE FIGURE 7)
NOTE- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE
BOLTS BACKING OUT, YOU CAN PUT A DAB OF BLUE LOCTITE ON
THE BOLTS BEFORE TIGHTENING DOWN COMPLETELY.
