FLEXSOLAR G SERIES 200W Briefcase Solar Panel Kit

G SERIES SOLAR PANEL BRIEFCASE CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS

• SCENARIO 1: CHARGING VEHICLE BATTERY
  • Step 1: Connect alligator cable with vehicle battery
  • Step 2: Connect alligator cable with the PWM controller
  • Step 3: Connect SAE cable from the PWM controller and junction box
  • Step 4: Charging the battery and cellphone through PWM controller and solar panel briefcase
• SCENARIO 2 : CHARGING POWER STATION
  • Step 1: Connect SAE from junction box to SAE adaptor (SAE to Anderson or SAE to DC cable)
    1. SAE to Anderson connector
       
    2. SAE to DC8055 connector
  • Step 2: Connect SAE adaptor to power station 
  • Step 3: Charging power station, then connect the electronic devices to the power station for charging
• SCENARIO 3: CONNECT SOLAR BRIEFCASE TO RV/CAMPER WITH PRE-WIRED SOLAR SAE SOCKET
  • Step 1: Connect the battery to the PWM controller. Make sure the positive (+) end of alligator clip connect to positive (+) end of the battery
  • Step 2: Use Voltmeter to test the polarity of the SAE connector from RV/Camper first, match the connectors with the right positive (+) and negative (-) types
  • Step 3: With suitable SAE cable, connect the bare ends of the cable to the PWM controller in the same terminals as the alligator cable
  • Step 4: Connect the SAE cable from the junction box to the SAE cable from the PWM controller
