Thank you for purchasing the Blue from the ZEN Air series. The ZEN Air Blue is a wireless Bluetooth DAC with digital and analog outputs.
Bluetooth Sample Rate LED (kHz)
The LED color scheme indicates the sampling frequency received by ZEN Air Blue from the music source.

The ZEN Air Blue receives a Bluetooth signal via aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX LL, LDAC, HWA, AAC and SBC.
Pairing
After power on, ZEN Air Blue blinks blue as it searches for a previously paired device. When a stored device is not found, it then automatically enters pairing mode with LED (1) blinking blue and red.
To enter pairing mode manually, press and hold the pairing button (3) until LED (1) blinks blue and red.
ZEN Air Blue is able to store up to 8 previously paired Bluetooth devices. Manual reconnection may still be necessary.
Display on/off
Short press once to switch the LED display on/off.
Voice announcement on/off
Press the button twice briefly to switch the voice announcement on/off.

Single-Ended RCA outputs
Connect analog RCA interconnects to an amplifier.
DC 5V power
The ZEN Air Blue must ONLY be powered by 5 volts.
Tip: For best performance, an ultra-low noise power adapter such as the fine iPower2 or iPower X is recommended.
