TOOLS NEEDED: Phillips head screwdriver
| Step 1. • Hang the Universal mounting brackets on the underside of the side table. Identify what level hole lines up best with your side table. | Step 2. • Align the Caddy to the lip of the side table. |

| Step 3. • Thread the Phillips Screw (optional Allen Screws) into the Mounting Brackets. Tighten Screws. | Step 4. • Rotate the C-Hooks in place under the Caddy. |

Step 5.
• Insert Bottle Holder into Caddy.
