If your air purifier is making a loud or unusual noise, follow these steps to resolve:
- Air purifiers make noise depending on fan speed
- Press the Fan Speed (-) button to lower fan speed to Low
- Did the noise go away?
- Yes > Great, glad we could get your back to cleaning
- No > Continue below
- Ensure the filter is installed properly
- Turn off and uplug machine
- Remove the bottom cover – twist counter-clockwise to unlock
- Remove filter and reinstall with BISSELL logo on top
