HC2650UK Top Access Bath Trap with Removable Chrome Plated Clicker Waste
Product Information:
The HC2650UK is a waste and overflow kit for baths that are
5-7mm thick. It comes with three parts A, B, and C which are
factory assembled. The water seal level can be adjusted by
extending part C fully down and then pushing the assembly into the
waste body, which will automatically adjust the water seal. An
extension kit is available separately to use with thicker baths.
The product code for the extension kit is HC2650-EXT-KIT.
The product dimensions are as follows:
- 34mm – diameter of the waste outlet
- 102mm – length of the overflow pipe
- 50mm – water seal level
- 68mm – length of the extension piece
- 61mm – length of the sleeve
- 15.5 – length of the flange
- 74mm – diameter of the overflow grill
- 38mm – diameter of the waste body
Product Usage:
- Start by assembling parts A, B, and C which are factory
assembled. - Insert the waste outlet (part 1) into the bath’s waste body
(part 4aii or 4biv) and tighten it using the hand-tightening tool
provided. - Insert the overflow pipe (part 2) into the overflow opening on
the bath and secure it in place. - Attach part A to the overflow pipe and part B to the waste
outlet. - Extend part C fully down and then push the assembly into the
waste body until it clicks into position. This will automatically
adjust the water seal level. - The outlet can be rotated as needed to align with the
plumbing. - If the bath is thicker than 7mm, use the extension kit
(HC2650-EXT-KIT) to extend the length of the waste outlet and
overflow pipe. - Insert the extension piece (part 3) between parts A and B and
secure it in place. - Insert the sleeve (part 4a) into the waste body (part 4aiii or
4biii) and secure it in place using the hand-tightening tool
provided. - Attach part A to the overflow pipe and part B to the waste
outlet. - Extend part C fully down and then push the assembly into the
waste body until it clicks into position. This will automatically
adjust the water seal level. - The outlet can be rotated as needed to align with the
plumbing.
