Product Information
The product includes four parts:
- Screw (1) – Item No: M90090
- Socket (2)
- Shade (3)
- Screw (4)
The product requires wiring and installation, for which
additional installation instructions are included. The product does
not come with bulbs.
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully unpack the product and identify all parts using the
illustration for parts identification. - Turn off the power to the installation point.
- Install the shade (3) on the socket (2) and secure it with
screw (4). - Refer to the additional installation instructions included with
the product for wiring and installation. - Install the appropriate bulbs (not included) into the socket,
referring to the markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum
wattage. - Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet
for future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification. 2.Turn the power to the installation point OFF. 3.Install the shade (3) on the socket (2) and secure with screw (4). 4.Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation. 5.Install proper bulbs (not included) into socket referring to the markings and/or labels on the
fixture for maximum wattage. 6.Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
