Product Information

The product is a wall plate installation system designed to
securely mount various accessories to drywall, wood stud, and
concrete walls. It comes in different sizes, including Large Wall
Plates and Compact Wall Plates.

The installation system includes the necessary hardware and
tools, such as drywall anchors, screws, drill bits, driver bits,
level, stud finder, drill driver, impact driver, safety glasses,
gloves, lag bolts, wood screws, plywood, concrete anchors, masonry
bit, nut driver, hammer drill, N95 respirator.

Product Usage Instructions

Drywall Wall Plate Installation:

  1. Locate and mark studs behind the drywall with a pencil.
  2. Hold the Wall Plate in the desired location and ensure it is
    level.
  3. If using a Large Wall Plate, mark the 10 identified fastening
    points with a pencil. If using a Compact Wall Plate, mark the 5
    identified fastening points.
  4. Follow the drywall anchor manufacturer’s instructions to
    install anchors. For any markings that fall on studs, pre-drill
    holes with a 3/32 drill bit.
  5. Fasten the drywall anchor manufacturer’s recommended fasteners
    into the drywall anchors and #12 x 2 screws into the 3/32 pilot
    holes.
  6. Slide additional Wall Plates into place by guiding the new
    plate’s Quick Alignment Tabs on the top, bottom, or sides into
    place on the first Wall Mounted plate.
  7. Repeat the process to add additional plates and fully customize
    your shop.

Wood Stud Wall Plate Installation:

  1. Have a partner hold up the plywood backer in the desired
    location and align it so it is in the center of a stud. Ensure the
    plywood is level.
  2. Attach the plywood to studs with a minimum of 9 wood
    screws.
  3. Hold the Wall Plate in the desired location and ensure it is
    level.
  4. Large Wall Plates require the 10 identified fastening points,
    and Compact Wall Plates require the 5 identified points. Mark these
    holes with a pencil.
  5. Pre-drill all mounting holes with a 3/32 bit.
  6. Hold up the plate and fasten it with 1/4 x 1-1/4 lag
    bolts.
  7. Slide additional Wall Plates into place by guiding the new
    plate’s Quick Adjustment Tabs on the top, bottom, or sides into
    place on the first Wall Mounted Plate.
  8. Repeat the process to add additional plates and fully customize
    your shop.

Concrete Wall Plate Installation:

  1. Hold the Wall Plate in the desired location and ensure it is
    level.
  2. If using a Large Wall Plate, mark the 10 identified fastening
    points with a pencil. If using a Compact Wall Plate, mark the 5
    identified fastening points.
  3. Pre-drill holes with a 3/16 masonry bit.
  4. Using 1/4 x 1-1/4 concrete anchors, fasten the plate to the
    wall. Note: Certain concrete materials may require longer
    anchors.
  5. Slide additional Wall Plates into place by guiding the new
    plate’s Quick Alignment Tabs on the top, bottom, or sides into
    place on the first Wall Mounted Plate.
  6. Repeat the process to add additional plates and fully customize
    your shop.
