In listening to our customers, we’ve made product improvements to better address the performance needs while maintaining the speed and accuracy of the device you trust.

• Increased durability for demanding clinical environments
• Redesigned cradle probe cover box holder environments

1.  Probe cover sensing pin has a wider diameter providing increased part strength
2. New probe cover ejection ring design and material for improved durability
3. New battery door design for improved security of  the  door when accidentally dropped

The battery door now requires the use of a fine-pointed object to open. Please see the illustrations below for and old vs. new images of the door and instructions on how to open the newly updated and more secure battery door.
