Product Usage Instructions
To use the SCT-USB4-FMM USB3.1/2.0/1.1 Fiber Extender, follow
these instructions:
Step 1: Connect the Transmitter (FOUB30T)
- Connect the USB device(s) to the 4x USB3.0 type-A female
connectors on the Transmitter. - Connect the External DC 12V power supply to the
Transmitter. - Connect the LC Fiber connector to the Transmitter.
Step 2: Connect the Receiver (FOUB30R)
- Connect the LC Fiber connector to the Receiver.
- Connect the External DC 12V power supply to the Receiver.
- Connect the USB device(s) to the USB3.0 type-B male connector
on the Receiver.
Make sure both the Transmitter and Receiver are securely
connected and powered on.
Note: The maximum transmission distance for USB3.1 Gen1 is
100m.

Product Introduction
The USB optical fiber extender uses optical fiber conversion technology to realize the optical fiber transmission of USB3.1/2.0/1.1 signals. When used for long-distance transmission of USB3.1 signals, the data rate can up to 5Gbps, and the transmission distance can up to 100m by using OM3 multi-mode fiber. The extender adopts metal enclosure and has four mounting holes for easy installation. It has an integrated USB 3.1 hub with four ports and supports Plug-and-Play (PnP), no need to install driver is required. This product adopts advanced optical fiber transmission technology to ensure good anti-electromagnetic interference ability.
