Overview
Seller Identity Verification process is done on individual level which means that the supporting documents submitted must be tagged to the individual registering for a selling account OR the individual registering for a selling account on behalf of the company.

- The registration information provided on this page (e.g. full name displayed, date of birth, and identity data) must be an exact match with the information displayed on the passport/driver’s license.
- If you entered inaccurate information in your previous submission, click “Edit Information” to edit the information submitted.
Note: if you are using Driver’s License, you can put any future date as the expiration date. - Passport: please submit a scanned copy/high quality photo using camera/mobile phone in colour for both: a) information page, b) signature page of the passport in a single pdf file. please see sample on the left
- Driver’s License: please submit a scanned copy/high quality photo using camera/mobile phone in colour for both: a) front page, b) back page in a single pdf file.
Note: Please make sure there are no cropped/cut part of the document.
Bank Account/Credit Card Statement
- Bank Account Statement: please submit a scanned copy/high quality photo using camera/mobile phone in colour FOR ALL PAGES in a single pdf file.
- Credit Card Statement: please submit a scanned copy/high quality photo using camera/mobile phone in colour FOR ALL PAGES in a single pdf file.
Note: You may use either your personal bank account/ credit card statement or your company’s bank account/ credit card statement as long as the following criteria are met:
Using personal bank account/ credit card statement:
- Please make sure that the name displayed on the personal bank account/credit card statement (usually on the first page of the statement) is an exact match with the information displayed on the passport/driver’s license and the registration page.
Using company bank account/ credit card statement:
- Please make sure that the name and country displayed on the company bank account/credit card statement (usually on the first page of the statement) is an exact match with the business name and country displayed on registration page.
