FNDR-BRK-13 Harley-Davidson Custom Front Fender

Product Information

The Harley-Davidson Custom Front Fender is designed for Softail
Breakout FXBS, FXBR, and FXBRS models from 2013 to 2022. This front
fender is handmade using fiberglass and comes with a black gelcoat
finish. Please note that the gelcoat finish is not the final
coating and will require additional top-coating, such as paint, for
final use. Minor surface imperfections and scuffs may occur during
the manufacturing process and shipping, but these are considered
normal. The gelcoat finish will need to be scuffed for proper
preparation before applying the final top-coat.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before, during, and after installation, carefully check all
clearances. It is crucial to ensure that all parts fit properly
    before painting.
  2. Remove the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) fender from
    your motorcycle.
  3. Place the new front fender on your motorcycle. The front edge
of the fender has a rounded 2 mm radius.
  4. Adjust the position of the fender using the included spacers
between the shock and the fender. Bolt it securely in place.
  5. For 2013-2017 Breakout models, the front fender is offset. Use
the longer spacers and bolts on one side to accommodate this
    offset.
  6. The fender has predrilled holes, but in some cases, you may
need to adjust the shape or position of these holes to ensure
    proper fitment.
  7. Use thread locker glue (not included) on all threaded
    connections during installation.
  8. After completing the installation, perform a test drive to
ensure that everything is working perfectly.

Note: Installing this kit requires detailed
knowledge of the motorcycle model and mechanics. It is assumed that
the installer has access to the proper tools and a working
knowledge of them and factory service manuals. Before painting the
parts, ensure that they are properly adjusted and fitted on the
motorcycle. Killer Custom will not be responsible for any fitment
issues that arise after painting.
