Points of Safe Silicone Cover
The contact point for the dog shock collar has an updated conductive silicone coating, and the prongs are safe and won’t irritate the dog’s skin. You needn’t worry that the prongs would fall during dog training because they can’t be relocated either. Sometimes shock mode serves as a type of discipline. Please start using this mode at the lowest setting if you wish to.
Simple to Charge
A USB charging cord is included. The receiver and remote can easily be recharged using a power adapter, battery bank, or laptop. They typically take three hours to fully charge.

yes. you have to switch back and forth from 1st collar to 2nd. good news is they all 3 use same charger and stay charged a good 3 weeks (at least thats how long mine lasted,way longer than my first set diff brand)

You could only use a plastic hook which would break unless you have a very small dog. It’s an electronic correction collar so you can’t use any metal with it.

You will have to switch over to channel 1 or 2. So I mean you can’t use them at the same time for say, you’d have to go to channel 1 to control collar 1 and channel 2 to control collar 2

Yes. You can cut the length of the collar to fit the dog’s neck. One of my dogs is 18 lbs.
It goes into sleep mode. No on off switch. I have had mine for over two months and remote still shows a full battery on the indicator.
There is a button on the collar to power it on. Have you paired the collar receiver to the transmitter? Hold the power button on the collar for 3 seconds and press the beep button. A second beep from the collar means pairing was successful. Follow the same steps if there is a second collar.
