Product Information: Orikata Flushmount Pendant
The Orikata Flushmount Pendant is a stylish, modern pendant
light that can be installed in any room. The product includes an
Orikata shade, a mounting plate, two mounting screws, and two wire
nuts. It is recommended to use an LED lightbulb (not included) to
avoid product damage. The Orikata Flushmount Pendant should be
hardwired into the electrical system, and it is strongly
recommended that a professional electrician perform the
installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before beginning installation, turn off the power to the
installation site at the circuit breaker. - Use wire cutters to trim back approximately 3/4 of the
insulation on the two wires connected to the mount socket. - Cover the end of the bare ground wire with a wire nut.
- Connect the mounting plate wires to the junction box wires
using the provided wire nuts. - Attach the mounting plate to the junction box with the two
included 8-32 screws using a screwdriver. - Align the shade opening with the mounting plate and rotate
slowly with upward pressure until the magnets engage. - Restore power to the breaker.
It is important to read all safety instructions entirely prior
to installation. Do not begin installation until all electrical
power to the installation site has been turned off at the circuit
breaker. For optimal performance, use an LED lightbulb (not
included) that can be purchased on roomandboard.com. If you are
unsure about any aspect of installation, it is strongly recommended
that you seek the services of a professional electrician.
