Front and Rear Sway Bar Installation Instructions

Kit contents

• Sway bars
• Red color band, 3.0mm (stiff)
• Green color band, 2.8mm (stiff)
• Yellow color band, 2.6mm (intermediate)
• Black color band, 2.4mm (intermediate)
• Blue color band, 2.2mm (soft)
• White color band, 2.0mm (soft)
• Front linkage* (2)
• Rear linkage* (2)
• Sway bar mounts (2)
• Collars (2)
• 2.5x10mm BCS (8)
• 3x4mm GS (with threadlock) (6)
• 3x4mm GS (4)
• 3×18 mm CS (2) Note: Front only. Reuse the factory-installed 3×25 mm CCS used in the rear arm mudguards

Tools required:

• 1.5mm hex wrench
• 2.0mm hex wrench
• 2.5mm hex wrench

The RF (right front)/LR (left rear) or LF (left front)/RR (right rear) molded on the link indicates that this link is to be installed only in those locations on the vehicle.

SWAY BAR INSTALLATION
Front installation is shown. The rear installation is similar.

• Note: Thread the 3x4mm GS into the holes until they touch the bar, and then back off slightly. The sway bar must pivot freely in this mount.
• Important: The 3x4mm GS must be tightened completely to secure the sway bar to the vehicle.
