SAFETY WARNING
Please read and understand the following safety information prior to using or installing the Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box. Adhering to the following safety warnings will reduce the risk of damage to the product or injury to persons
- The Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box requires installation into vehicle, canopy, trailer or
- similar. It is recommended that a qualified Auto Electrician is used for installation.
- Always disconnect car batteries before working on V systems. Never work with a live V system
- as this can cause injury, damage to the product or damage to the vehicleʼs electrical system.
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment when using power tools.
- Keep children and pets away from the Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box.
- Do not insert any body parts or tooling in the V components.
- Do not expose the Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box to wet weather.
- Ensure any exposed wires are covered.
- Ensure any input wiring is sufficiently insulated and protected from abrasion.
- Ensure input cables are adequately fused. Follow the instructions in this manual or contact a
- qualified auto electrician for correct fuse sizing.
- In order to prevent an accumulation of heat provide as much ventilation aspossible when installing.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
This Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box has pre-built V control system – ready to install.
- Remove the Ridge Ryder V Power Control Box from the packaging, check that all items have been supplied (x V Power Control Box, x Sticker Sheets, x Owners Manual).
- Unscrew the x Philips head screws holding the lid onto the box using a screwdriver.
- Ensure all wiring is connected properly and no internal terminal studs are loose.
- See wiring diagram below to connect the input cables from the battery to the red and black busbars.
- The input cables from the battery should be run through the provided side grommets in the Ryder Ridge V Power Control Box.
It is recommended that a fuse is installed (not supplied) in the main line within cm of the battery connection to prevent any possible damage/electrical faults to the vehicle.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If no power is being received through the AMP plugs, press the Amp resettable circuit
- breaker switches to reset off and on again.
- If no power is being received through the V or USB sockets, check the fuses in the fuse block for
- fault and replace if necessary
