PLEASE READ – this guide is intended to aid in the installation of our products. It is recommended that factory manuals or instructions are followed to remove the fuel pump assembly from the vehicle. Some instructions in this guide are generic. The factory manual should supersede any contradiction.   1. remove the green retainer from the electrical connector, it may be discarded if damaged during removalDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-4
  2. disconnect the electrical connector and remove the fuel sockDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-5
  3. remove the OE pump from the assembly, do not discard the OE pump isolatorDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-6
  4. cut the supplied hose to length and install on the assembly using the DW supplied hose clampsDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-7
  5. install the supplied fuel sock on the DW200/300 with the fuel sock retainer and install the pump into the assemblyDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-8
  6. plug the electrical connector into the DW200/300 and the assembly is ready to be installed in the fuel tankDEATSCH-DW200-Fuel-Pump-fig-9
  7. reinstall the assembly into the fuel tank and attach a length of hose to the outlet of the pump assembly allowing it to drain into a fuel safe container and prime the fuel pump assembly
  8. cycle the key to the on position as many times as required to prime the pump assembly and evacuate the air introduced during the pump installation process
  9. attach supply line to the outlet of the pump assembly
