Step 2: Assembly
Follow the instructions below to assemble the LED Jack
Skellington:
- Connect the cable from the top of the Lower Left Pole (D) to
the corresponding cable available from the Left Pole (F). Make sure
the arrow indicators on each cable end are lined up and pointing at
each other. Press the cables together and rotate the cable cap
clockwise onto the threading of the corresponding cable until
firmly in place. - Have someone hold the back of the Base (A) steady while others
assemble LED Jack Skellington. The Base should be held steady until
it is set upright in Step 8.1. - Connect the cable available from the bottom of the left pant
leg of the Costume (H) to the corresponding cable available from
the function control box at the bottom of the Lower Left Pole
(D). - Make sure that the Costume (H) is facing the correct way, with
the tails of the tailcoat aimed towards the back and the white
undershirt towards the front. - Connect the cable available from the top of the Left Pole (F)
to the corresponding cable available at the bottom of the Chest
Frame (K). - Slide the Arms (L) up each sleeve of the Costume (H) before
attaching to the Chest Frame (K). - Connect the cable available from the top of the Chest Frame (K)
to the corresponding cable available from the Bow Tie (M). Rotate
the cable cap clockwise onto the threading of the corresponding
cable until firmly in place. - Set the assembled LED Jack Skellington upright on the Base (A)
and secure it in place using the provided stakes (T). - Plug in the Adapter (U) to a power outlet, and then connect it
to the power input on the function control box located at the
bottom of the Lower Left Pole (D).
Once fully assembled and connected to power, you can turn on LED
Jack Skellington using the function control box. Enjoy your spooky
and festive Halloween decoration!

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The LED Jack Skellington is powered by an adapter. Plug in the power adapter into a standard power outlet. To turn on LED Jack Skellington, press the button on the Function Control Box. Press the button again to switch to the Timer setting. Press the button a third time time to switch to the Sensor Setting. Press the button a fourth time to turn the item Off.
The item is activated by pressing the button on the Function Control Box and has the following settings:
LIGHTS ONLY /ÉCLAIRAGE UNIQUEMENT
This switch mode will activate the lights of the item. This switch mode does not have any animation or sound.
TIMER /MINUTEUR
Timer begins daily cycles of LIGHTS ONLY for 6hrs, then ALL functions off for 18hrs. LED Jack Skellington does not speak or move on Timer setting.
SENSOR /DÉTECTEUR
This switch mode will activate lights, sound, and animation when the Infra-red (IR) sensor is activated and will operate for 1 audio-cycle with each activation. The Infra-red (IR) sensor has a range of up to 2 m/6.5 ft. and will activate when someone comes within an 80-degree angle from left-to-right, as well as from above and below. LED Jack Skellington speaks and moves only when the control box is set to “SENSOR” and the sensor is activated. Between activations, LED Jack Skellington’s LEDs will remain on.
OFF · TRY ME /ARRÊT · ESSAIE-MOI
This setting will deactivate the lights, sound, and animation of the item. This mode also allows the item to be activated if triggered by using a Step Here Try Me Activation Pad (Not Included). The item will operate for one audio cycle with each Try Me activation.
Raise or lower the volume using the volume control turn dial, turn all the way down to turn the volume off .
THE LED JACK SKELLINGTON IS COMPATIBLE WITH EXTERNAL TIMERS AND PRESERVES ITS SETTING WHEN THE POWER IS TURNED OFF/ON.
NOTE: Make sure the waterproof cap is covering the Try Me receiver at all times when not in use.
