STEP 1
Install the camera by following the instructions in the box.
STEP 2
Use your free trial.
All Arlo cameras come with a free 3-month trial for Arlo Secure. The Arlo Secure trial and the subscription provide all the same features.
Once you’ve set up your Arlo camera, your trial starts automatically.
Put your Arlo Secure Subscription code somewhere safe and when your trial ends in three months, start with step 3.
STEP 3
a. Visit my.arlo.com, log in with the details used with the Arlo app, and click on Settings, then a subscription. Choose Subscribe Now. Choose Arlo Secure Single Camera, then Continue.
STEP 3
b. Choose Cameras: Select the Arlo Go 2 shown in the list. Leave any existing cameras selected and click Continue.
c. Enter your Billing Address and Payment Information – you will not be charged once the code is applied.
STEP 3
d. Click Enter a Promo Code and type your code to apply the discount.
The discount will be shown. Today’s Total will be updated to 0. Click Agree and Confirm Payment.
STEP 3
e. Your subscription is now active! The discount will be applied every month for 24 months.
