BEFORE 1st USE

Connecting your phone:

  • Connect plugs in corresponding sockets in the base station. Plug the telephone line into telephone socket and insert power plug in an electrical outlet.
  • Insert batteries in handset and place it on the cradle to start charging.

Before you start to use your telephone, charge batteries continuously for 15 hours.

Warning Icon Use only plug adapter and rechargeable batteries supplied with your phone.

After first time power up (base unit is connected to AC mains). 

For example, to change language or flashtime:

  • Symbol/Symbol  or Symbol select HSSETTINGS Symbol/ Symbol or Symbolselect

  1. MENU/ΟΚ key
  2. Back/Correction/Intercom key
  3. Navigation key/Call log access/Volume level increase
  4. Navigation key/Volume level decrease
  5. Talk key
  6. Hang-up/Exit key
  7. Recall (Flash) key – To access to operator services*
  8. Phonebook key
  9. Redial list access
  10. Paging key – To locate handset (short press) / to start registration procedure.

DISPLAY ICONS

Display Button        Battery level indicator (full Display Button , mid Display Button , empty Display Button ).
Indicates that phone is on line or held. Icon blinks when receiving an incoming call.
Display Button Indicates you have new missed calls*.
Display Button Displays when the alarm clock is activated
Display Button Displays when ringer volume is turned of.
Display Button Indicates that the handset is registered and within range of the base station
Display Button Icon blinks when the handset is out of range or is searching for a base.

GENERAL SETTINGS

This phone can be customized according to your preferences, to access the different possibilities press: Symbol

  • To customize handset (Alarm, Ring setup,… Language,… Date & Time):  Symbol or Symbol select HS SETTINGS Symbol
  • To change Pin code, Flash time: Symbol or Symbolselect BS SETTINGS Symbol

To register a handset (if needed): 

On main base, press and hold for 10s the paging key Display Button   (number  Display Button).
On the handset to be registered: press  SymbolDisplay Button select REGISTRATION / pressSymbol / enter PIN code (default 0000) / press Symbol , handset is paired in few seconds.

USING THE PHONE

Receive and end a call

Make a call 

  • Symbol either before or after dialing your number
  • From redial list: Press Display Button/Symbol or Symbol /Symbol
  • From call log list*: PressDisplay Button/ Symbol or Symbol/Symbol
  • From direct memories: press and hold onDisplay Button orDisplay Button orDisplay Button in idle mode.

To make an internal call 

  • If only 2 registered handsets:Display Button
  • more than 2 registered handsets: Symbol or Symbol/Display Button select the handset number Symbol
  • To ring all handsets to intercom: Symbol or Symbol/Display Button select CALL ALL Symbol

To make a three-party conference call* (with one external, two internals):

During call:

  • Press Symbol select INTERCOM Symbol or Symbol/Symbol select the handset number Symbol
  • Press Symbol on the called handset to answer
  • Press and hold for 2 seconds  Display Buttonon the calling handset to establish conference call.

To register in phonebook (50 entries)

To register the direct memories in keys 1, 2, & 3 SymbolSymbol or Symbolselect HS SETTINGS SymbolSymbol or Symbolselect DIRECT MEMSymbolSymbol or Symbolselect one key (Key 1, Key 2, Key 3) / Symbolenter the number Symbol

Notes:

  • ! appears in the end of name of VIP entry in the phonebook.
  • Phonebook is shared with duo, trio handsets.

TROUBLESHOOTING

As a general rule, if a problem occurs, remove the batteries from all handsets for about 1 minute, then disconnect and reconnect the power supply to the base and reinstall the handset batteries. This telephone is not designed for Emergency calls when the Mains power fails.

SAFETY

Do not use your telephone to notify a gas leak or other potential  explosion hazard.Do not open your device or its power supply to avoid risk of electrical shock. Do not attempt to open the batteries, as they contain hazardous chemical substances. Your telephone must be located in a dry place away from hot, humide and direct sunlight condition. To avoid radio signal interference, place the phone at least 1 meter away from other electrical appliances or other phones.
