Before first use
Before using this product for the first time, wash, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Cleaning
- Clean the grinding mechanism by grinding coarse salt in the mill. This is especially important after grinding oily spices such as pink pepper.
- The glass bottle is dishwasher safe. The grinder should be washed by hand.
How to use
- The spice mill has a ceramic grinding mechanism which works on dried herbs and spices as well as salt.
- A setting on the top of the spice mill allows you to decide how finely you wish to grind the contents (see illustration).
