Phoenix DTF Curing Oven
User Manual
Safety Instructions
When using your AA Phoenix Curing Oven for DTF, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Use the AA Phoenix Curing Oven for DTF only for its intended use.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the Curing Oven in water or other liquids.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the Curing Oven. Take it to a qualified service person for examination and repair.
- This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this equipment by a person responsible for their safety.
- Close supervision is necessary for any Curing Oven being used by or near children. Do not leave equipment unattended while connected.

Operations Instructions
- Remove the AA Phoenix DTF Curing Oven from the box
- Installation of Tray Handle
2.1 Locate the tray handle and bolts inside the box
2.2 Locate the mounting holes on the oven tray.
2.3 Install the handle onto the oven tray with an Allen wrench
- Turning on the AA Phoenix DTF Curing Oven.
3.1 Locate the power switch and turn on the curing oven.
3.2 Make sure the top vent is fully open.
- Setting the proper temperature.
4.1 Begin by pressing the left button below the temperature readout.
4.2 Use the arrow buttons to set the temperature to 300 F (Please disregard the Celsius setting).
4.3 Press the left button once again to lock the temperature setting.
- Setting the timer.
5.1 Begin by pressing the left button below the timer read out.
5.2 Use the arrow buttons to set the timer to between 80-100 seconds.
5.3 Press the left button once again to lock the timer setting. - DTF Curing Process
Prior to beginning the curing process, please make sure the artwork to be cured is powered fully and evenly.6.1 Once the AA Phoenix DTF Curing Oven is up to temperature,
open the oven tray.6.2 Place the film with the artwork into the tray with the powdered side facing upwards. 
6.3 After closing the tray, press the “Start” button to being the timer.
Once the timer is reached “0,” press the “Start” button again to reset the
timer.6.4 The film is ready once the powdered side of the artwork has an “orange peel” texture.
