No, I found that for the LED lights to function on my machine, the sound has to be turned up quite a bit.
Passive subwoofers cannot be powered by the device.
It may or may not be able to power a passive subwoofer. It works better than expected after I connected a powerful 10″ JBL subwoofer from a home theatre system to it. The subwoofer has a plug that fits into a regular home socket. I connected the Pyle receiver to the woofer box using a single male to double male RCA splitter, and I was done.
