NOTIFIER BREAK-GLASS Kit Automatic Fire Alarm Warden Station Installation Guide

 The break-glass kit comes with a tempered glass plate, a hammer attached to a chain, and a screw to attach the hammer to the door.

TO INSTALL BREAK-GLASS KIT

1. Remove metal plate from phone storage box by taking off the trim ring.
   
2. Locate and drill hole for the hammer. Attach chain with screw.

3. Place tempered glass plate on box in the space left by the metal plate.
4. Reinstall trim ring with wing nuts over the glass plate.
   

TO REPLACE BROKEN GLASS

1. Remove any remaining broken glass with care.
2. Insert tempered glass plate at an angle into upper left corner of door assembly (A arrow at right indicates direction of movement).
3. Slide plate upward into the glass slot. (B arrow at right indicates direction of movement).
   

Removal of the trim ring is not required for this operation.
