ALUM3019WS00 Fireclay Workstation Undermount Sinks
Product Information
The product is a fireclay workstation undermount sink designed
for use in kitchen installations. It is available in two sizes:
ALUM3019WS00 (30 x 19) and ALUM3319WS00 (33 x 19). The sink is made
of fireclay, which offers durability and resistance to heat and
stains. The package includes a sink template for installation
reference.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation, ensure you have the following
tools: a flat-head screwdriver, a hammer, a caulk gun, and a
drill. - For safety and ease of installation, it is recommended to use
the QN25UM undermount support. This support allows for easy
undermount installation and adjusts to fit your cabinet size. It
includes leveling bolts for proper alignment. - Begin by preparing the cabinet frame. Make sure the structure
of the cabinet is sturdy and capable of supporting the weight of
the sink. - Place the sink template included in the package on the
countertop. Use this template to mark the cutout area for the sink.
Alternatively, you can use the inner diameter of the sink or refer
to the provided .dwg drawing on the manufacturer’s website. - Using a drill, carefully cut out the marked area on the
countertop to create a hole for the sink. - Apply a sealant or caulk around the edge of the sink hole on
the countertop to create a watertight seal. - Place the sink into the hole and adjust its position as needed.
Ensure that the sink is level and centered within the hole. - Secure the sink in place by tightening the adjustable screws
located on the sink’s edge. - Attach the countertop to the cabinet frame using appropriate
rails or brackets for support. - After installation, follow the provided care and cleaning
guidelines to maintain the sink’s appearance and functionality.
Regularly clean the sink using mild soap and water. Avoid using
abrasive cleaners or tools that may scratch the surface.

CARE AND CLEANING GUIDELINES:
CLEANING: · Daily, regular cleaning to remove dirt and prevent staining is recommended. Use liquid dish detergent, water and a soft household sponge. · Cleansers can be used with a nylon scrub pad. Drying the sink will prevent water spots.
SPOTS AND FOOD STAINS: · Rust stains are the result of iron particles introduced by water, cookware, and steel wool pads that react with water to create rust. The glaze is resistant to food stains. Use a mild cleanser to remove stains.
