Product Information
The Decken- und Wandleuchte is a ceiling and wall luminaire with high protection class (IP 65). It is unshielded and made of aluminium alloy and crystal glass. The luminaire has a clear glass cover and is dustproof and protected against water jets. It is also impact-resistant (IK06).
The luminaire has electronic components that are protected against overvoltage according to DIN EN 61547. However, for additional protection against transients, it is recommended to use separate overvoltage protection components.
The installation and operation of this luminaire must be done in accordance with national safety regulations. Only a qualified electrician should carry out the installation and commissioning. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or installation. Any modifications made to the luminaire should be done by a responsible person who will be considered the manufacturer.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the luminaire is installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with national safety regulations.
- Before installation, make sure that the power supply is turned off.
- Choose a suitable location for the luminaire on the ceiling or wall.
- Securely mount the luminaire using the provided screws or brackets.
- Connect the wires from the power supply to the luminaire’s connection terminals.
- If required, install separate overvoltage protection components for additional safety.
- Once the wiring is complete, turn on the power supply.
- The luminaire can be operated using a suitable switch or dimmer, if applicable.
- For maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power supply and use a soft cloth to wipe the luminaire’s surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
