    tightly in place and that everything is in order, and checked
    periodically by an adult.
  • Do not carry out alterations or modifications to this
    product.
  • The maximum weight capacity is 400kg. Do not exceed this.
  • Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not use strong industrial
    cleaning substances.
  • Ensure the load is evenly spread.
  • Don’t turn too quickly as this may cause the load to become
    unsafe and fall out.
  • Don’t pull the trolley off of curbs or other elevated places as
    this may damage the load and/or the trolley. Use a ramp where
    possible.
  • Leaving the product outside exposed to weather, especially
    direct sun, rain, and salt air, will speed the weathering process.
    This can be slowed by removing the product from these conditions or
    covering it with a suitable cover.

Part 2:

Place the handle beam (part 1) on top of the handle beam axle
(part 2), ensuring that the handle beam (part 1) is as far down as
possible. This should leave a section of the handle beam axle (part
2) exposed. Slide the handle beam washer (part 3) onto the exposed
section of the handle beam axle (part 2). Secure these in place
with a securing pin (part 4). Please see the images to help.

Part 5:

Slide the handle beam (part 1) onto the trolley platform (part
5) so that it aligns with either group of holes in the bottom of
the trolley platform (part 5). Once done, hold the handle beam
(part 1) in place using a trolley support bolt (part 6) and secure
this in place with a support washer (part 7) and a support nut
(part 8). Repeat for the other holes. Please see the images to
help.

Part 2

Slide the rear axle (part 9) onto the other set of holes. As with the handle beam, secure these in place using the trolley support bolts (part 6), support nuts (part 7) and support washers (part 8). Repeat for the other holes. Please see the image above.

Push a wheel (part 10) onto either the handle beam axle (part 2) or the rear axle (part 9), then slide a wheel washer (part 11) onto either axle and secure both the wheel (part 10) and the wheel washer (part 11) into place with a securing pin (part 4). Repeat this step on the opposite side and the remaining axle to complete the wheels. Please see the images.

Align the metal tube on the bottom of the platform side panel (part 12) with the metal tube on the trolley platform (part 5), securing this in place with a hitch pin (part 13). Repeat this on the other side of the platform side panel (part 12) to complete this side and repeat this process on the opposite side of the trolley platform (part 5) to complete both sides. Please see the image for guidance.

Slide the handle (part 15) into the handle rotation pod (part 16), making sure the holes in both parts are aligned. After Part 7 this. Push the handle support bolt (part 17) through both parts, holding them into place. Secure these with a support nut (part 7) and a support washer Part 8 (part 8).

Once completed, ensure that all the support nuts (part 8) are tightened so the parts are secure and won’t fall off over time and that the securing pins (part 4) are all bent to ensure that the wheels won’t fall off when using the Heavy Duty Garden Trolley. Make sure to pump the wheels (part 10) up before use so that when transporting heavy loads in the Heavy Duty Garden Trolley the wheels don’t become worn at a faster rate. Do not over fill the wheels as this may cause them to become too dense and more likely to burst.
