You should do face steam, you can either buy a steamer or just boil water and transfer it to a bowl and put a towel over your head and the bowl, and let it steam your face for 10 mins. I’ve tried using it when my face is semi-dry and it doesn’t glide as easily and makes your face extremely ashy and flaky.

They have different attachments that come with them. They ranged in size but it didn’t go to really small. The biggest difference in the attachments is one was for high suction, one was for medium suction and one was for low suction. I used the high suction and it didn’t get the pimples or blackheads out but left a hickey like a line across my forehead. I would suggest looking up Hyram skin care on YouTube & IG! He has helped me so much!
Yes, it is recommended that you clean your face using as hot of water as you can stand or even place a wet hot towel on your face for a couple of minutes before using the vacuum. This allows your pours to open but allows the blackhead to be easily removed by the vacuum. When you are finished with the vacuum, then splash cold water on your face to close your pores so they stay nice and clean.

I had the same problem. I decided to just put it in the place where it said and when it fell off I just used it anyway. I guess that may not help, but I tried. Be sure not to use it for many seconds. I bruised my nose pretty badly but finally learned to use it better.
